Same thing happened to me at the club carwash maplewood carwash on Hanley by Walmart…read more I filed a claim Immediately but the manager "accidentally" failed to send it to the claims office. Went back a few days later and resubmitted with a different manager working that day. They claim the damage was there through pictures taken beforehand but it was poor quality and clouded with a bunch of spots that could be interrupted as paint chips but just dirt. My damage round paint chipping in a vertical line along the mid door panel of the passenger side. I got hung up on by club car wash claims department after they accused me of being "prompted on what to say" b/c they heard the background of the tv. Absolutely absurd!

The car wash itself does not have anyone manning it instead there are signs that tell you to pull forward and when to put your car in neutral. This is the first time I've been to a car wash that does not have someone navigating you in it so I was a little nervous but I had no issues at all. The vacuum that I had must've just been so full or maybe had something stuck in it after the car wash because I did not have a very good suction. The only thing I would encourage the location to add are rags with spray on carts like I've seen at other car washes so people can wipe down the insides of their car without having to buy some thing from the vending machine. I think this is a nice bonus to add.
