It's been better for me to go to the cashier to activate one month without auto renewal. I once paid for the #4 Quality wash and it was useless. My car still had noticeably dirty spots that weren't hard to get. Overall I am happy with the #1 Works wash. You could make an appointment online or call, but given I had a couple questions, I decided to call and make it here! I added a shampoo to the front row of my car ($59) and cleaning my trunk for $10. Totaling $128. There's a small waiting room and I was in and out within an hour. My seats were a little wet (they warned me) but this allowed me to get home in a timely manner. I think next time, I'd consider getting a full interior detail for $199 (I think) instead of adding things a la carte (especially since my car is 2 rows and it would be $59 each). I feel like that price is pretty equivalent to other companies.

This full-service auto wash has been in this location for as long as I can remember. It is somewhat…read moreof an oddity in the area. Being full-service means you drive your car up to the car wash, then disembark, and the staff takes it from there. You can follow your car through the wash, looking at it through windows from a comfortable walkway. At the end you'll end up in a small auto shop with the cashier. There you can buy air fresheners and other auto maintenance products. Meanwhile, your car's wash ends with a towel dry by the staff and your car is waiting for you at the exit. Overall, it's an interesting experience and generally gets your car much cleaner than a common coin-operated automated carwash. Pricing is a bit high, but for the service you get, it's reasonable.

Seriously, all that was needed was a vacuum nozzle placed down and swipe. Not done. Underneath the seats, ah..no not done either. The door frames not wiped down. The dashboard area was not wiped down. Waste of money. Now, I know people doing this work get paid very little, but this was unless. Plus, when my vehicle was completed, no one came to get me. Ah..why. When I did walk up to the cashier they were personable,[ I mean everyone was very very nice] , they gave me the keys and thanked me for coming. Well, I hadn't pay yet...[sorry I just didn't take the keys and leave,,,they wouldn't have know the difference]. I did complain, and one of the staff did vacuum and wipe down the dashboard. They were very apologetic too. Although $0.01 is donated to the "Kids Food Basket" program [which was not mentioned & I saw no signage about]. Quick wash & wax OK. But..DO NOT EXPECT MORE BECAUSE THIS WAS A TREMENDOUS WASTE OF $35.00!

Of course mistakes can happen, more so with first time customers but that doesn't give you a reason to be rude or impatient. There was no clear communication in this situation at all! If workers don't have the patience to help first-time customers, they shouldn't be the ones guiding vehicles.

Although I had a scheduled appointment for detailing, due to the rudeness of the employees and my general concern for the level of service I would receive I decided not to leave my car for service. When I arrived there was no one in the "office" to check with so I started to drive around the building to see if I needed to enter at another door. Once I finally met someone from the car wash I was rudely told to take my car back to the other side of the building. After moving my vehicle, I went back to the door and didn't see anyone in the office so I went back to the door where I had seen the employee who told me where to park. While going through that door to the now occupied office I overheard one employee telling the other "that guy isa f#£€ing idiot". For a moment I decided to let it go and handed my keys to the other employee. After a moment of thought I realized I didn't want to count on employees with that kind of attitude cleaning my vehicle. I'm not sure if they do a good job with detailing but I'm pretty sure i won't be finding out anytime soon.
