He must have not liked that because he became rude, curt and bored. He took out his phone and started reading it until I was done talking. Then asked if I wanted to do an MRI with his practice. Did he really think I would go back after that treatment? After I moved to another practice his office never transferred records. My PCP also asked for the xray and they never received anything. I had to get another xray which was an unnecessary expense. Most unethical of his office not to share record.

I was a little scared of dry needling at first, but it's virtually painless! I felt relief the very next day, if not later that day after our first session. Huge difference! It was incredible. I scheduled another session a few weeks later and she added electrical impulses, which worked well for my problem area. Dr. Charlotte also gave me exercises and stretches to do and said I can see her for dry needling as needed and I haven't had a need to. It's been over a month since my last session and the pain and discomfort is very minimal. The facility is nice and clean. The treatment area is open and bright. There's a private room for dry needling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back again, as my problem is something that probably won't go away completely for a while.

They asked questions so I could make sure I was getting the right assessment and were able to schedule same-day! They talked me through the process and then follow-up with me on the paperwork to let me know they received it. Derek Collins worked with me on my assessments. The very best thing is he was real. It didn't feel like talking to a robot or just someone going down a list of questions. He was honest and authentic. That made me feel like it was a safe space to be honest and authentic. He listened to me. It was the perfect mix of professional mixed with human compassion and understanding. I would recommend anyone seeking any assessment to reach out to the Diversion Center immediately.

I am so glad I found this place…read more I was having an issue with my low back that I was unable to self treat at home. As such, I did a little digging on Yelp and found this place. Lucky for me, they are also listed as an in-network provider with my insurance company (Aetna). I called the number listed, and got the chiropractor himself, Dr. Jason Weeks. He advised that he could schedule me in on the same day! The office is located in the same shopping plaza as Ollie's Bargain Outlet. I arrived about 5 minutes prior to my appointment. There were a few patrons waiting and a few already in process of receiving treatment. The first step for me was having an evaluation with Dr. weeks. He is extremely personable, and appears to be very knowledgable. I really appreciated all of the questions that he asked as well as the test that he performed. I really appreciate the fact that he took x-rays prior to doing any adjustments on me. As we looked over the x-rays he advised that he was looking for a reason not to adjustment me. He also explained what the x-Ray revealed to him. My treatment included a 10 minute lay on a decompression table, 10 minutes on ice and a tens unit and an adjustment. Dr. Weeks adjusted my neck, as well as my lower back. I immediately felt 90% better. Now this is what really impressed me, Dr. Weeks told me that he was not in the business of providing treatment just to provide treatment. He said that he did want me to follow up the following week, but moving forward I can make the call as to when I need another adjustment! This has NEVER happened in all my years of treating with a chiropractor. Honestly, they usually run my insurance and determine how many visits I have and basically tell me I need to come 2-3x a week. I really appreciate that Dr. Weeks has integrity. If you are looking for a chiropractor I would highly recommend you give Dr. Weeks a call. As I stated above, he has an amazing personality, he is observant, he is knowledgable and honest. I am willing to bet you will not be disappointed if you give him a try!

This Goodwill is located in a big plaza that also houses two restaurants that I love but I never really noticed it was there. There are so many parking spaces available, you don't have to stress about finding a spot. I drove over the bell line and within a minute or two, someone came out to greet me. I had a few baby items including a foot rocker and I got it loaded up onto the cart and was given a receipt. All done! I was hosting a personal dinner party a few days later so I figured that I'd take a quick five minutes to pop in and see if I could find some cool dishes to add to my table. The store itself is huge! Everything was neatly hung and in its proper place and the store was incredibly clean. I love going into thrift stores that feel like regular boutiques, just because the items are second-hand, doesn't mean that the surroundings shouldn't be welcoming and bright. I visited on a weekend and the store was full of shoppers browsing each aisle. There was so much! Because I didn't plan on making this stop, I didn't indulge. I used to love thrifting a little too much so I can't be trusted, lol. Luckily, I remembered why I was there and found my section. I only found one plate but it was a good find imo. I hoped to leave with some books but they weren't organized by genre which had my head spinning trying to find something that stood out. All in all, a nice Goodwill!
