I found this to be very poor customer service especially since I wanted to purchase more clothing and I have been shopping there for years. They were completely inflexible. I received a telephone call this morning from the owner and the store manager to apologize for what happened yesterday. I returned to the store and not only did they exchange the pants but they gave me a discount on an additional pair of pants that I purchased. All I can say is WOW. Buyer Beware.... Although they have cute things and the help is nice their mirrors are set up in a…read moreway that makes you look thinner than you really are. So when you get home you may be disappointed. (Like I was). When I went back 2 days later to do a return for the pants that I bought they will only give you a store credit which doesn't seem fair since their mirrors are false advertising. I was not happy. And, when I was trying on the pants I said to the sales person that I could tell the mirrors were off and she told me to just stand closer. That didn't help.
