DO NOT BUY FROM TOMIKING!! 0 STARS. Only posting so other people can be warned. I had placed a preorder in August 2022, to be delivered in October 2022 which didn't come. Checked the site and it said Dec 2022. No big deal, I can wait bc I really wanted my order. Checked the site again and the date was changed to January 2023, I didn't receive my product or any update regarding my order. By this time, I decided to send an email on 01/26/2023 which I got no response. I then filled out a form on 02/02/2023 from the site asking for an update on my order or to issue a refund. They finally wrote back and said "Our one request of you is patience, and resting assured you WILL get your order." NOTE THAT IT SAID I WILL GET MY ORDER. SO I WAITED. AN ENTIRE MONTH. On 03/02/2023, I responded to their email to send me a refund. SURPRISE! No response. 03/20/2023, I then filled out another form from the CONTACT US page on the website to issue me a refund. They responded saying "We accidentally oversold the item you had purchased and unfortunately, we did not receive it from our wholesaler. As a result, we had to cancel your order and issue a refund back to your card used." BS! Why didn't you issue an automatic refund if you didn't receive it from your wholesaler?? I received a receipt saying they issued a refund. But I never got my money back. I finally had to call my bank and inform them of what happened and they were able to reverse the charge after I had sent my bank proof that TOMIKING said they issued a refund. Paid for my pre-order #5301 on October 21, 2022. Tomiking website shows 5 of my item in stock for sale, but Tomiking never sent me my pre-order. Let me also add that I have tried to email him, call him, facebook him, left him a bad review on his site, but he didn't post, left him negative comments on facebook, which he removed...and he made no attempt to get in touch with me. I placed several purchases with this online seller in January 2023, some of which were delivered, most of which were not. I'm out $100s worth of items, so I chased them down for months asking for my items to be shipped. Eventually, months later I find out they either didn't have them in stock or sent them to the wrong person. None of which is my fault. Annoying but fine, I was offered a refund to my bank account. I never received it. I complained for months with screenshots of my bank, records of my purchases, and professional communication. Fast forward to this month, I was offered a PayPal refund. The owner said to request and he would honor it. Requested the refund on the SAME day. Today is the end of the month (June 2023) and it has not been honored. He claims the money has left his bank account, but has not sent a screenshot for me to verify with my bank. He offered to show me a screenshot or proof, but shows me nothing, making me believe it was a lie to just keep my money. He posts memes and funny stories while routinely ignoring my comments, messages, and emails. I wouldn't buy from him again. There are numerous other people with the same sentiment. The sheer amount of emails I've sent is going unanswered or a canned response. I've been blocked on Facebook, force-unfollowed on Instagram, and does not reply to ANYTHING. They claimed that a refund was initiated and it would take 15 business days (3 weeks) to process. After 4 weeks, I still didn't have my funds so I reached back out. They asked if I had a PayPal account to initiate the refund, which I do. I responded with my PayPal email. Tomiking is an awful retailer, might as well be a scammer - buyer beware! The Instagram memes may be great, but my experience actually receiving items I've paid for from Tomiking has been terrible. It started in November 2022, I got hooked on a few "claim sales" on Instagram which were super fun; 3 weeks to get those items, which seems a bit excessive but I was more than willing to cut some slack on, for what I thought was a small retailer trying to grow their reach thru Social Media. The items I got were great- except for one thing I purchased, which wasn't sent to me, instead I got a hand-written Post-it Note stating that it had been "misplaced" and that a new item had been ordered for me. Reader, that should have been a red flag... I put in two orders in January 2023, for a collection of pre-order items that were supposed to come in over a range of dates, from Jan 5 to Apr 29. These two orders together totaled over $200. I waited unti January 11 to ask about my missing claim sale- no response. Since then, I've sent 7 additional emails, 4 Instagram messages, and one message through their website (currently down for "maintenance") asking for updates on my orders, and have only received 1 response, via email- which was a form response, completely ignored my specific quesitions, and was absolutely unhelpful. When their website was last functional, 3 of the "pre-order" items whose in-stock dates have been reached were actually shown as in-stock and available for immediate shipping- but I'm getting scammed out of my pre-order and payment? The last straw for me, was getting an email last week asking to re-send any open requests so that they could start with a "clean slate" and address open issues. It has been one week since I sent my note- I'm still seeing memes on the Instagram, but no response to my previous emails, or the new one I sent for the "clean slate". Finally did some research last week, and my suspicions were confirmed. The owner of Tomiking are apparently the same folks behind a previous scam called Sneak Foot - Google for enlightenment. Same as all the others who have been scammed, placed an order in July 2022 for items listed as in stock for $400. Nothing shipped or changed status for a month, so tried contacting them at the time, got obtuse responses and an offer of a store credit (for what?!). Suddenly everything was "backordered" or "actually a pre-order" and "please read the site". Sent them screenshots of the product pages showing the items as in stock and no text anywhere saying "pre-order" or "backordered". Every additional attempt at a status update was futile, but they always had time to post memes on Instagram and they even went as far as posting items I had ordered and not received as IN STOCK on Instagram. All I ever asked them for was to receive the products I had paid for and be done with it. I'm not expecting to ever receive any of the products or a refund, just hopefully save others from the same terrible experience. Not surprised they took their site down to keep anyone from ever following up on their "orders" ever again. I've reported them as a scam on Instagram, and hopefully they are happy with their fraudulent gains and turning off lots of people from supporting small businesses trying to grow. read more

Don't even know where to begin! I've placed 12 orders since June of 2022 and 7 of them had to be refunded since he wasn't able to get cars in orders. Down to one order from October 8th 2022 that had 5 items in it. Received 2 items(Mini GT Kiado House) that were opened/unsealed, guess they had to make sure I wasn't getting a chase car. Had already received these cars weeks earlier from another vendor and they came sealed. So I'm then told a couple weeks ago they can't get the Inno64 Bathurst Ferrari #88 I preordered from October 8th 2022 order, which again I already had in hand from another vendor months ago!! So I get refund and buy car from "quick shipping" which states it ships in 1-3 days. That was a week ago and still waiting for order to be shipped. I buy from many vendors and never experience anything like this. Worst communication, phone voicemail always full and I could keep going on but if you've read this far, you get the point. The guy who I presumed to be the owner was incompetent and grouchy, scrolling his phone the entire time I was in the shop, not being helpful in any way shape or form. Little did he know I'd ordered many items from him in the past online, NONE of which arrived after 9+ months. Now that I'm here, I see basically all the other customers have had the same experience. So, I decided to drop in the brick and mortar location since I'm local to see what was happening. When he finally acknowledged me, he had an extremely rude and condescending tone, like he didn't want me to be there, or to be there himself. He definitely seemed miserable. Not sure if it was due to running an unsightly storefront, his home life, or both. The company is a SCAM. They take your online order with a credit card, not communicate until several follow up, then say it is on backorder, and you never get a product or refund. It is a delaying tactic hoping you are patient for over six months which makes it almost impossible to dispute the charge with your credit card company. After 4 months finally I received response saying they would make it up to me and send a comparable order to me since they didn't have what was originally ordered. Believe the 1-stared reviews, as they are victims form their SCAM Been seeing advertising about TomiKing plenty of times across Instagram, on 10/28/2022, I decided to purchase some miniature scale cars to collect(Order # 6064) and I bought 3 different miniature scale cars in one order as well as paid in full totaling $175.95 USD. On the same date, I received an email confirmation of my order, one of the items on the order has an 'Expected release date of Nov/27/2022'. So I have begun waiting for my order to be fulfilled, fast forward to 3/22/2023, and I received NO UPDATE nor have I received ANYTHING in that order, which is frustrating given that people that ordered the same product from different sites got their orders long ago, so I decided to shoot them an email asking for the status of my order, they replied saying that it is nothing they can do since the order have not arrived to their store yet so, therefore, it cannot be shipped to me, I would of understand if one particular order has issued and understanding, however, the products that were officially released long ago still has no update? That got me worried if I will ever be getting anything from them, and there are plenty of victims out there just by a simple Google search. But I still decided to give them a second chance. On May/1/23, I decided I want my money back, since their lack of communication, and the release information was no were to be found because they changed their website. I got an email saying that my order #6064 status is changed to 'Re-funded', but and I quote from their email 'refunds can take up to FIFTEEN business days to process'.
