I don't recall exactly anymore but she wasn't an MD but had some type of functional medicine training certificate. I spent a few hundred bucks with consultations, supplements, and a stool test that didn't lead anywhere or improve my condition. She was unsuccessful in identifying the root cause nor even knew about my condition. Dr. Koz was so busy I never even had the opportunity for a one on one to ask questions, etc. Overall it wasn't a good experience and I had to move on.

The office is clean, the employees are professional and very friendly. Their Innovative chart records keep office visits simple and up to date. Appointments are always on time, which is extremely rare for most Doctor offices I visit. Medications are conveniently sent right to the pharmacy of your choice. During the appointment he did not take much care to listen to what I was saying. I was given medication but after the course was completed, my symptoms returned. I called back and was completely blown off for my concerns. They wouldn't even listen to me and how things changed. Didn't even ask me to come in for another appointment. Long story short, I just saw another ENT today and was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Dr Musgrave totally missed it. And the medications he prescribed were inappropriate for a sinus infection. So now I've suffered additional weeks, lost time off work, and the infection got worse. I will never go back to them or suggest this place to anyone!
