Many positive statements were made, however after waiting over 1 year for a mediation court, it was found De Bousequet filed in the wrong jurisdiction. The Attorney responsible didn't communicate this to me until I asked him, 3 months after the snafu. I do not recommend De Bousquet for any claims deemed 'lesser' as it appears they do not care about the 'little guy'. My 2 kids and wife could have used the extra compensation money, however I instead cancelled my claim before De Bousquet took more money out of my pocket. I would sincerely think twice before retaining them. They way overpromised and underdelivered. I have evidence of all of the above, this is not a retaliatory review.
