He consistently displayed unprofessional and unethical behavior throughout our interactions. Rather than advocating for justice or upholding the values expected of a legal professional, he acted in ways that I believe violated basic principles of human rights and dignity. If you are looking for a lawyer who respects the law, acts ethically, and prioritizes your rights, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Many positive statements were made, however after waiting over 1 year for a mediation court, it was found De Bousequet filed in the wrong jurisdiction. The Attorney responsible didn't communicate this to me until I asked him, 3 months after the snafu. I do not recommend De Bousquet for any claims deemed 'lesser' as it appears they do not care about the 'little guy'. My 2 kids and wife could have used the extra compensation money, however I instead cancelled my claim before De Bousquet took more money out of my pocket. I would sincerely think twice before retaining them. They way overpromised and underdelivered. I have evidence of all of the above, this is not a retaliatory review.

If it was possible to give Mr. Tomas a negative ten I would. This gentleman this man of law treated me with disrespect and derision. My father died a long time ago. Mr. Tomas assisted with the will. When I called him regarding a copy we spoke at length. He was curious where my area code was from. Who knows why but he made this big thing about it in order to intimidate me until I told him. He inferred that he had the will on file and to call him back the next day, which I did and the day after that and after that until I was informed by his wife/secretary that he was going to London. I am still trying to get a copy of my father's will from Mr. Tomas. Steer away me thinks he is not above board. And if you have you will with him please protect your loved ones and get another lawyer. The more of us that get together to shut down this pompous excuse for a man the better.
