They also don't tell you there is a $50k deductible on all automobile accident law suits. Unless you have broken bones or sever physical injuries don't bother suing. As long as you can walk and work you have no case according to my experience and what my lawyer said. Even my lawyer said " judges want to see broken bones and people in wheel chairs, they don't care about muscle and joint pain or the inability to throw a ball anymore or run or do any sports. These judges are in their 70s and don't want to hear people complain about pain." His words. I got rear ended at 100km an hour by a drunk driver. I got next to nothing. 3 years of feeling like I'm being followed and watched by the other insurance company. 3 years of fighting this and living in pain and working permanent light duties. If I lose my job I can't get another like it because of my injuries. The rest of my life is pain. But according to Cariaties lawyers judges don't care. So when I wanted to take it to court they convinced me I have no case and would end up paying the other guys lawyer fees. I got 1 MRI on my back (that in got on my own). My neck is messed up and they did not even try to have me get it checked out. No follow up pain or movement exams. No nothing. Just "make us a case" and that's is all the advice they offer. I purchased a $3500 massage chair that I use twice daily for relief of pain, I also purchased an expensive mrmory foam mattress, as do to pain that continually elevated after the accident, I could feel the pressure from the springs in my high quality padded - spring mattress. Patricia Kennedy of T. Leigh Bell was going to look into recovering the costs of massage chair, memory foam mattress and medical marijuana expenses from my insurance. Well, after I saw the statement, the monthly Health Record review disbursement cost that other lawyers cover out of their __%, I feel that Mr. Leigh Bell feathered the bill in his interest. While he is a mild mannered, consIderate person, as a personal injury lawyer, I simply have to say, I have seen more effort exerted by lawyers who have represented family members who were injured in motor vehichle accidents. So just like when you go to a two star hotel as opposed to a four star hotel, I feel the quality of lawyering on my case was only worth a two star. I have no respect for Mr Timothy Leigh Bell as a lawyer, he has done nothing to show me proof of the disbursement costs he identified, other than the psychologists bill, which I was aware of. So why did he refer me to the psychologist if he was not overseeing my SABs.
