Well, their stylist LAURIE isn't professional. She is constantly late. This past Saturday, my daughter went in to have her hair done for her wedding. LAURIE was 45 mins late. They had to call her at home. She came in hungover, high, or both. She couldn't do the hair. Argued that she even had an appointment. She couldn't do the UPDO that she advertises... not even a simple bump. The owner finally stepped in and asked Laurie to leave and go home... and the other stylists stepped in and tried to fix my daughter's hair. (Even though it had to be REDONE at the church by someone else!) AS LONG AS LAURIE IS WORKING AT THIS SALON, I will do everything in my power to write bad reviews. It's crazy that the salon owner would keep her. Let's see how many customers I can run off from LAURIE! NONE of this sounds professional except the Owner sent her hope... let's home they keep her at home.
