Someone came to get me and showed me which chair to sit in, mentioning that Sydney would be right over to start my services. Nobody's time should be wasted or taken advantage of. As a first-time customer, I won't be returning mainly because the front desk lady couldn't explain why no one had come to update me that Sydney was running behind with another client. I didn't expect Sydney to come tell me herself, because she was already running behind. Sydney has the best personality, and she was very gentle during my pedi. Thank you again, Sydney! Also, walking into such a posh-looking spa shouldn't make you cringe when you sit down on their dirty couch. You can only make appointments over the phone, and while I was able to schedule once via messaging, my later messages there were never responded to. It's a small thing, but it does make it less accessible or convenient to book for people with accessibility limitations, and that's the only thing that has stopped me from returning. Still, the staff I interacted with were friendly and skilled, and the results were beautiful. I would be back if there were more flexible ways to book for people with limitations.

I loved it. Come to find out, it was the nail color choice of the First Lady-- pretty cool, right? =). He was very gentle in clipping my cuticles, which I really appreciated. Other places I've been to I just kept telling myself, "Beauty is pain!" And I am sure, many other women can attest to the bleeding cuticles upon trimming! I showed Bryan a few examples of what I wanted my nails to look like from Pinterest. Instead of getting intimidated, he was like, "Yeah, I've done that before. Let's do it." He did a great job on the design. I was very happy. My accented ring finger was done in a gold sparkle ombré and he nailed it.
