So I didn't bother to ask, but I was upset that milk fell and busted. You can feel she didn't like what she was doing. The way she put my grocery in the bags you can tell she is not in the good mood at all. She might be tired from a long day of work, but still not an excuse. Each customer you meet in that store you give them a great attitude because they spend money. She was the only cashier there so far that I met that actually don't greet or talk to you. Need more training for sure on how to handle each customer.

I really liked the design of the triangular Pre-made Deli, Sushi, and Cut to order cold meats & cheeses. Polite, efficient service made my stop here very pleasant. Other aisles were standard design and all were neatly stocked. I found everything I came to buy (big weekly list). And yes, I was enticed to pick up one or two "impulse" buys. The weekly BOGO specials are a great incentive here. Prices can be a little higher than other stores for some items. Then again, you often "get what you pay for" and higher prices aren't necessarily dictated by the stores themselves. Many factors go into today's higher prices. Service can be spotty at times, but my experience on my most recent trip was 3/4 star at this Publix. Nonetheless, overall this store merited a 5 star review this week.

The sign was right behind them, and they refused to even turn around and look at it. Then they had the nerve to refuse a refund for something I bought just minutes earlier. They eventually did refund when I started acting in kind to them. This place is shady, rude, and doesn't give a damn about doing honest business. They rely on customers not paying attention.
