Sometimes you just need a Fuel City taco or three, and for us that day was today!…read more I had a carne Al pastor, barbacoa, and Picadillo taco, and my dining companion has a beef fajita and barbacoa taco with a small elote. Each item was of course muy delicioso! Fuel City's barbacoa is so tender, slightly smoky, and comforting - it's a go-to for me, the best in Dallas. Ditto the Picadillo - never bland, always perfectly seasoned - simple and awesome. 5 when you gotta have a great taco, come to Fuel City stars

The car wash is easy and convenient, but don't trust them with the monthly subscription. They got…read moreme to subscribe for a one month trial and continued to charge me for 2 additional months while I did not get a single car wash. When I caught the charges and complained, they offered to refund one of the months but declined to credit for both of the unauthorized months. That didn't end up mattering because they never credited any charges, just kept the money. Perhaps my fault for trusting them, I'd recommend paying for each car wash separately and don't subject yourself to the subscription or believe anything they say when trying so sell you on the idea. Or just find another car wash.

Fuel City is definitely worth a stop if you're in Dallas and looking for some seriously good tacos!…read more They're doing construction around the area right now, so getting in and navigating around it can be a little inconvenient, but don't let that stop you. The tacos are absolutely worth it. You can order tacos individually for around $3 and some change, which makes it perfect for trying several different ones. We tried the al pastor, chicken, and barbacoa, and every single one was amazing. The meat was seasoned to perfection, incredibly flavorful, and the salsa was really good too. There isn't indoor seating, but they have picnic tables outside and plenty of parking if you'd rather eat in your vehicle. Some of the parking spaces even face the Longhorns, so you can sit in your vehicle, enjoy your tacos, and have a great view. Excellent tacos, tons of flavor, and definitely worth navigating the construction to get there. We'll absolutely be back!

I figured what could…read morebe so special about a convenience store/gas station until the youtube video mentioned tacos being served here. Say no more, I did my first stop here in mid April and make sure to stop here every time I'm in Dallas for the tacos. They have breakfast tacos from 5-11AM while the street tacos are served 24/7. Are they the best? No they are not. But they are alright if you need tacos in a pinch and have cash on you. Burritos and quesadillas can also be ordered here too. As for the store itself, it's your standard gas station/convenience shopping venue suited for truckers or people passing by. You'll also see some Dallas Cowboys signage here so take that for what it's worth. While the tacos aren't the best, I do enjoy the experience of stopping here to order and eat them here when I'm exiting Dallas via I-45.
