Andrew did tried his best but unless I can give him the correct password for this society that no longer exists, there is no way that he could do to erase the logo in my computer that I asked him to do. He did solve all the other important issues that I asked him to do and for that I am very thankful for. Before I hired Andrew to fix my computer issues remotely, I did asked Bailey their receptionist on the phone about the rate of their service. She told me that it is $125 per one and a half hours but when I got my invoice from Andrew it was at $125 per hour. Even though I was okay with Andrew's work I felt mislead by not getting same quote as Bailey's quote. Overall, I would still recommend them because Andrew was very gentle and generous with his time and on keeping me calm.
