Aurora Gallery has framed several pieces for me over the years. They have a large (in some ways…read moreoverwhelmingly large) selection of frames in a variety of good-quality materials. They also have a nice selection of matte choices, should your work require it, and different types of glass, from common window glass to anti-UV, anti-reflective glass for maximum preservation and visibility. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. They even throw in free picture hooks so you needn't rummage around or make a trip to the hardware store when you get your artwork home, which is a nice touch. Prices are not cheap, but then even cheap, junky frames are expensive and difficult to find nowadays, and the workmanship by Aurora is very good, and justifies the cost. They have also proven adept at framing some oddball pieces for me that are not normally considered "art," so don't be afraid to challenge them!

Some pieces I really liked! The prices here for the art pieces seem reasonable and are original in concept. The lady that was working the evening we stepped in was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had and was a very useful guide. As I said the gallery isn't a huge place so you won't be spending an afternoon or a few hours here but it is a nice little detour while scouting about downtown.

Beverly is an excellent instructor and a wonderful Artist in her own right . she teaches Watercolor, Oil, and Acrylic painting. if you're missing any supplies she has a complete art store on the premises. Her instruction prices are unbelievably low . At the time of this writing, she charges $15 for a 3 hour class. It has to be the lowes cost for classes in the area. Dont let the price fool you, however, Bev is the best instructor I've been to or seen on the internet and I've seen A LOT. The other classes I've either taken or priced in the area are $20-$100 per hour or more. If you love to paint and would like to improve your craft you owe it to yourself to take classes. Our instructor, Andrew, was fun, entertaining, and skilled at teaching to a variety of learning styles. He created a positive and safe space for us to practice multiple techniques. We completed three projects in the 4 hours of class time and were given a tour of their expansive studio space. If you have ever been interested in learning about glass art, I highly recommend this studio!

My mother had passed away a few years ago and was also cremated. I wanted to find away to keep them TOGETHER FOREVER. My wife and I worked with Jessica to design a glass orb. The center of the orb contains the ashes of my Mother, surrounding her ashes are the ashes of my Father. This symbolizes the LOVE they had for each other and allows my Father to protect my Mother for ETERNITY. We then surrounded their ashes with a layer that contained their favorite colors. These came out so BEAUTIFUL. The work put into these make them PRICELESS to our family. The price for each orb was extremely affordable. I was expecting a higher cost. I will recommend Firehouse to anyone that is looking for a special memory. Thanks Firehouse.

They decorate for other holidays as well, but Halloween and Christmas are the showstoppers. They sometimes have special performers such as Frankenstein or Santa wandering around, too. I recommend following them on Instagram for updates & schedules. It can get busy, especially at night on the weekends, but it's usually easy to find parking in the neighborhood. I definitely would suggest parking and walking around so you have time to truly take it all in and perhaps take some photos.

When we arrived on reservation day, the staff was prepared with our reservation information and we completed the remaining payment and shoe rentals for our group. The process was smooth and painless. The snack bar staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We ordered the club sandwich with fries and the pretzels with nacho cheese. Both were really good. We were pleasantly surprised. Reasonably priced and fresh ingredients. The establishment was clean and set up well. Happy we were able to eat while we bowled down by the scoring machine. We also appreciated that they spread out the bowling groups well, so we didn't feel like we were bowling on top of each other. Overall a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

We payed and waited 25 minutes before we finally asked someone. The person we asked said the food has been ready at the front counter for the past 20 plus minutes. When we asked about the app and delivery she smirked off with... "that isn't her job, that's on someone else." We went up to get our food to be extremely disappointed. Chips were stale, cheese was ice cold and they put a mount of sour cream. We asked for a new set of nachos and the guy just put a layer of new hot cheese on a few chips. I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this place. Complete garbage food, smelt weird and very dirty. 1/10.. I give it a 1 because it's in a decent neighborhood.. I would give it a 0/10 but the lanes seemed well maintained.
