Andrew was always on my side, and I loved how he would present me with a different viewpoint I might not have considered, yet gave me space to come to my own decisions. He is an excellent negotiator, and it was his strategy that got me my home. He's knowledgeable, always responsive, listened to my concerns, had great input - all around just what I wanted and needed! I went to open houses, met a few agents, and tried searching with Redfin (where they assigned me an agent), but I didn't feel like I had found the right agent until I started working with Josh. He has worked so much in this area that he has a great understanding of the market and what might be possible or harder to find in each neighborhood. He was always highly responsive to questions and worked hard on my behalf and shared things he noticed about homes during tours, which I found incredibly useful. When I put in an offer on the condo, he worked diligently to find out unknowns from the sellers. He also counseled me through negotiations extremely well by letting me come up with my numbers and justifications first and then working with me to adjust these based on the market and his experience, so that I actually ended up asking for (and receiving) more funds to renovate the space than I had anticipated.
