I had two dying oak trees that Dennis, as a certified arborist, evaluated and gave us not only a verbal report of what was going on with them, he provided us with a written report. He's as knowledgeable as he is professional and in every step of the process of deciding to remove the trees, I was confident in his knowledge and ability to do so. His wife, Michelle, manages the office and their son, Austin, works with and manages the team that does the work. Caleb, the main cutter, and the other men work in tandem with one another, and the energy between them was fantastic. And the equipment -- talk about impressive trucks and lifts to ensure a job is done correctly and safely. When they left, the only evidence of them having been there was our two trees were gone, and the cost was fair. I highly recommend Dennis Bell and his team. We had an overgrown foxtail palm and a couple large dracaenas planted in a garden bed INSIDE our lanai with functioning irrigation heads. I had some trepidation about the difficulty of uprooting this beautiful palm due to the circumstances. Dan went above and beyond my expectations and was even able to salvage the plants so we can replant them outside the lanai. He made zero mess and ensured the job was completed to our satisfaction.
