Joshua tree came out and trimmed all my trees when I got the shock of my life that the landscaping that I pay for in my dues does not include tree trimmings and can result in fines from my HOA... They trimmed everything and hauled everything away and were extremely nice. And I guess I didn't realize how much better my view is with trimmed trees. read more

They hit my BIG central air unit & knocked it 6 to 8 inches from our home while mowing the grass, tore the screws out holding the duct cover protection & broke the slab its sitting on. Now they refuse to repair the slab & hurricane straps. The employees of this company are very reckless. They fly around like they are driving in the Indy 500. They are going to hurt some one if they get control over them. I wouldn't use them to cut one blade of grass (Lake Fairways & ELS hired them, not me) let alone a tree down. Think twice before you call them Janet Fingerle North Fort Myers Florida read more

Glad to share our recent, very positive experience with Joshua Tree (myjoshuatree.com) for trimming our massive oak tree. The cost was reasonable; communication, service and clean-up were exceptional. Most professional work crew we've experienced in a long time. Would definitely use them again if needed. Thank you for your commitment to providing and exceptional customer experience! read more

Since I am pressing charges, the police should have already contacted you. I made your crew aware of the damages, and your customer (SE 15th St.) is fully aware...contact him if this is still a surprise to you. Based on comments from your Supervisor, he wasn't even onsite until about an hour before completion, so your crew went unsupervised for 80 percent of the day. I asked for a business card, but he was worthless and declined to give me one saying "the truck is over there, the number's on it". I've got hours of Ring video of trespassing in the front, side, and rear of my property. Three days later and my irrigation system still hasn't been repaired. read more

Very positive experience. Highly recommend Joshua Tree. They planted a new tree to replace one lost in Hurricane Ian. Very professional & reasonable. Will definitely use them again. read more

Our first time with Joshua Tree, and it did a fantastic job! Very professional crew, on time, responsive, used a bucket truck and left no tire tracks, and cleaned up all debris, picking up what couldn't fit in its truck the next day. It trimmed and sculpted a very large Date Palm beyond our expectations, thinned out a huge Oak tree that was damaged by Hurricane Ian, and trimmed 2 Washington palms and one other palm. Beautiful job! Very aesthetic! We know landscaping and are very discriminating and knowledgeable. We will def use Joshua Tree again! It was also very fair/competitive price-wise. Of three, it gave us the best price. Awesome company! read more

What a great team to work with And highly recommend! From the moment of contact, being able to select 'my tree', to the removal of a huge tree, grinding the stump and replacing with a new palm - flawless. All done in one day while there was a roofing crew there as well. read more

These guys are outstanding! Did all the work as quoted and had a full team to remove and trim trees, grind stumps, lay mulch, and plant a number of new trees/plants. While they may not be the cheapest, you get what you pay for, and for the property in discussion, it was well worth the costs. read more

We had three huge stumps left after hurricane-damaged trees were removed from our back yard. I got three estimates to remove the stumps, and Joshua Tree was the best. I was able to schedule them to do the work within two weeks. They actually came a few days early. They did exactly what they said they would do. I came home to a huge mountain of roots and dirt in the front yard. I emailed them, and they said they would be out to clean it up first thing in the morning. Sure enough, first thing, there they were! They cleaned up every last twig, and it looks like nothing ever happened! They even took a pile of horticulture debris from the other side of the yard that our lawn guys had left. This company is AWESOME! This is how a business should be run! I applaud everything about them!! Excellent job, Joshua!!! read more

What a fantastic team! These guys did a great job. Their equipment was professional and clean. I was pleased with their safety practices. I use several different companies for tree service in other states and these guys are by far the best. Most importantly they know how to cut, trim, and lace trees properly. My trees are very large and will now look even more beautiful as they age. I appreciate Joshua taking the time to visit the work site and make sure I was satisfied and assured. They also cleaned up and removed all of the debris. Job well done! read more

I got a quote from Joshua Tree to remove two very tall palm trees close to the front of our house. They arrived on time to do the work and had plenty of guys and machinery to get the work done quickly. I watched them on our security camera and was impressed with how organized they were and how well they all worked as a team. They took the trees down, cut them up, took them to the street, used a grinder on the stumps and cleaned everything up. I will absolutely use them again! read more

Showed up on time, worked quickly and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived! The final price and the estimate were identical and VERY reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone! read more

Our next door neighbor and I hired Joshua to clear out bamboo, cut down a couple pine trees and prune several other trees. What a breath of fresh air! For some reason it is difficult to find A+ quality service when hiring for home projects in this area. We found a diamond in the rough! Joshua Tree is hands down THE BEST in Lee County! Outstanding service, excellent professionalism, competative pricing, arrived promptly with a full crew who were in uniform and accompanied by the owner who introduced himself, reviewed our project with us and his team, and delegated the plan onto the team supervisor. Everyone was very polite, professional, answered our questions, were very informative, appeared to be very experienced and worked the entire time they were present. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up meticulously after removing several large trees and stumps. We were impressed with their state of the art remote equipment. We will definitely hire them again in the future and refer them to everyone we know! read more

We needed very large 30-40' Ficus removed, so we checked out several tree removal services.Joshua Tree, by far, was the most professional and competitively priced service. They are insured and licensed and will happily email copies, if needed. They did have to reschedule a day, due to weather issue, but showed up early the next day with lots of workers and some impressive machinery. The tree was removed, with stump and surrounding roots ground down, in 6 hours. They cleaned up and really went out to make sure we were happy with the work. If you need a tree service, please look no further than Joshua Tree. You will not be disappointed!! read more

In March 2017 a neighbor and I had a large group of invasive Melaleuca paper trees removed from the lot-line of a lot I will soon be building on. We contracted with Crocker Land Development and due to a septic in my neighbor's back yard that prevented the use of an excavator, Kelley opted to bring in Joshua Tree, certified arborists to orchestrate the removal limb by limb. The 7 large trunked trees ranged from (65-75 feet tall and 30-40 feet in circumference). Their level of precision, skill, organization, and professionalism were outstanding. They had the entire group of trees cut down and cleared in just a couple of hours and after they grinded the stumps, you would never know there had been anything there. Neighbors were stopping by throughout the process, commenting on the amazing and organized job they were all doing, and one of the neighbors even requested a quote. In addition to their master skill level, Josh offers very competitive pricing, is very honest, and overall just a great people to deal with. read more

I highly recommend Joshua Tree. They did a great job trimming my palm trees and cleaning up. I was able to get a quote same day. They were extremely efficient, professional and courteous. My go to from for all my trees from now on! read more

I am new to the area and had some quotes on getting a large tree (about 10 ft circumference) removed from a rather awkward, dangerous position between a house, condo, boat lift and canal. There was no room for a crane. The major company in town quoted me on a crane and was four times higher than Josh's quote! I went with Josh and am so glad I did. He had to reschedule a couple of times, but it was worth the wait. The crew arrived early in the a.m. did the job safely, neatly and without incident. Professional, courteous and without a giant mess. He's licensed and insured. I will be having his associate install sod, then down the road mulch and trim my trees from now on. read more
