They hit my BIG central air unit & knocked it 6 to 8 inches from our home while mowing the grass, tore the screws out holding the duct cover protection & broke the slab its sitting on. Now they refuse to repair the slab & hurricane straps. The employees of this company are very reckless. They fly around like they are driving in the Indy 500. They are going to hurt some one if they get control over them. I wouldn't use them to cut one blade of grass (Lake Fairways & ELS hired them, not me) let alone a tree down. I made your crew aware of the damages, and your customer (SE 15th St.) is fully aware...contact him if this is still a surprise to you. Based on comments from your Supervisor, he wasn't even onsite until about an hour before completion, so your crew went unsupervised for 80 percent of the day. I asked for a business card, but he was worthless and declined to give me one saying "the truck is over there, the number's on it". Very professional crew, on time, responsive, used a bucket truck and left no tire tracks, and cleaned up all debris, picking up what couldn't fit in its truck the next day. It trimmed and sculpted a very large Date Palm beyond our expectations, thinned out a huge Oak tree that was damaged by Hurricane Ian, and trimmed 2 Washington palms and one other palm. We had three huge stumps left after hurricane-damaged trees were removed from our back yard. I got three estimates to remove the stumps, and Joshua Tree was the best. I was able to schedule them to do the work within two weeks. They actually came a few days early. They did exactly what they said they would do. I came home to a huge mountain of roots and dirt in the front yard. I emailed them, and they said they would be out to clean it up first thing in the morning. Sure enough, first thing, there they were! They cleaned up every last twig, and it looks like nothing ever happened! I got a quote from Joshua Tree to remove two very tall palm trees close to the front of our house. They arrived on time to do the work and had plenty of guys and machinery to get the work done quickly. In March 2017 a neighbor and I had a large group of invasive Melaleuca paper trees removed from the lot-line of a lot I will soon be building on. We contracted with Crocker Land Development and due to a septic in my neighbor's back yard that prevented the use of an excavator, Kelley opted to bring in Joshua Tree, certified arborists to orchestrate the removal limb by limb. The 7 large trunked trees ranged from (65-75 feet tall and 30-40 feet in circumference). Their level of precision, skill, organization, and professionalism were outstanding. I am new to the area and had some quotes on getting a large tree (about 10 ft circumference) removed from a rather awkward, dangerous position between a house, condo, boat lift and canal.
