Hands down one of the best service companies I have dealt with in my 30 years living in the Cape Coral area. Not as expensive as I thought it would be, a decent price and they don't even require a deposit to do the job. This company sends you an invoice after they have completed the entire job and they give you about a month to get it paid, I mean what other service companies do this??? None that I know of. 5 STARS!!!! Great company and great people working at this company. I highly recommend anyone needing a tree trimmed or a tree removed to use Tim's Tree Service. Thank you.

To me, landscaping is a luxury, not a necessity. I decided to treat myself to a front yard…read moremakeover. I called Jerry Pottinger. Within 3 hours, he was at my house discussing my vision. Now, I may have changed my mind if I hadn't heard back from him so soon. You know, I got an urge to do something in my yard but if a couple days would have gone by without a response, I may have just chalked it up to a whim and decided to forego the whole idea. NUMBER #1: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A TIMELY FASHION! Critical component of a dependable business! We walked my property up and down, side to side, as he pointed out possible options for trees and plants and undergrowth and the importance of color balance. Laid back and personable, I liked this guy. He talked of his horticultural background which included working with his grandfather and father and an impressive connection to Thomas Edison. NUMBER #2: A VISIONARY WITH EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF TROPICAL PLANTS AND TREES AND AN EYE FOR BALANCE AND BEAUTY ON A LARGE SCALE!! Two days later, I received a landscape blueprint. Every single plant, every tree, every bush, every detail we discussed was laid out before me and I was encouraged to edit. A day later, those plants, trees and bushes were being offloaded from Jerry's truck; all full-bodied, bushy, colorful, healthy plants from nurseries where he trusts their stock. I was finally getting what my home had been lacking for so long...a facelift. And guess what, it was a fraction of the cost, ha, ha!! NUMBER #3: QUALITY PLANTS AND TREES FROM REPUTABLE NURSERIES! After a week or so (it would have only taken about 4-5 days but poor Jerry broke a toe!) I had my beautiful yard. First, Jerry created flowing, wavy plant beds to host the plants in varying levels and colors. I also have a great working relationship with my very own landscaper who says he'll work with me on any areas of my yard whenever I want and at whatever level of price I want. NUMBER #4: BEAUTIFUL RESULTS IN A WEEK! VERY REASONABLE RATES! DON'T HESITATE!! THANK YOU JERRY POTTINGER!!

I still had some hurricane debris and a pepper tree that the hurricane blew over on top of a fire hydrant in front of my property. IT was a tangled mess. In that time he kept in touch with me to make sure I was content to wait until his schedule was clear and be able to do my work. I was actually impressed that he had a full schedule and I assured him I was willing to wait. He finally called to make an appointment to do the work I had outlined to do. He and his crew showed up early as promised. They took all day to clear the yard and do the tree work. They did exactly what I asked and was definately worth the price. The people who are complaining about his not keeping appointments may not have allowed him time to fit into his schedule like I did. I will definitely recommend Mejia, just give him the time to arrange things.
