The young man who brought me into the exam room, did VS and recorded my current med list was delightful. He was very kind, professional and had a great sense of humor. The woman who brought me from the room to the exit door to show me how to access the lab was very kind and professional. The lab staff were pleasant, welcoming and very kind. I received a call in less than 24 hours from Karen in the lab reviewing the results with me. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the kindness that was shown to me. As for Dr. Sanner, he spent about 30 minutes with me, reviewing my history, meds and any concerns that I might have. He was very collaborative when we discussed my personal health care and I felt heard and my opinion and knowledge were valued. As a new resident to this part of the country, I am relieved to have met this wonderful team and look forward to working together fo a very long time.

When I called for an appointment, the office asked what meds I am taking and I told them HRT, nothing else I am healthy. The office said that they would check with the doctor and get back to me about an appointment (confusing, but I guess it is the Oklahoma way to do things) Well the office got back to me to say that the doctor would not take me on as a patient because of the medications I'm taking! I never asked for a medicine refill, (I don't need one) I've never used a primary doctor in place of an OB doctor. I explained to the woman on the phone that I already have an OBGYN doctor and that I need a Primary Care Physician and nope, they didn't seem to care. Is his refusal even legal? There are a ton of doctors out there, I'll find one, in the meantime my suggestion to Dr. Campbell is that he retake his oath!

Recently, I lost an old metal filling that I originally had done as a child (I'm a military brat, so it's been around a long time). Their office worked quickly to get me scheduled, which I really appreciated given how uncomfortable that situation can be. What stood out most was their experience and confidence in dealing with older fillings. It immediately put me at ease. Dr. Sheppard also took the time to carefully discuss my medical situation--I have a heart condition and am on blood thinners--and made sure to take the appropriate precautions before moving forward. That level of attention and clinical judgment matters. The office staff was personable and helpful throughout the entire visit, which makes a big difference. And something you don't see often anymore--the doctor personally called me that evening to check in, make sure everything was okay, and ask if I needed anything. That kind of follow-up and patient care is rare. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who is not only experienced, but genuinely attentive to their patients.

My husband has gone to Dr. Toy and had a similarly excellent experience. This clinic is relaxed, professional, and fast, I come in and get my adjustments and I'm out the door within 10 minutes. It's easy to get in quickly, same day and next day appointments aren't a problem. The office staff is pleasant, professional, and accommodating. They also take my insurance. Best of all, no hard pressure sales for packages or x-rays or other junk some places try to push on you. Both docs have been doing this a long time and are very experienced. I appreciate that they stick to the old school hands-on pop-pop-pop chiropractic work versus the new activators that a lot of chiropractors have begun to use. This practice is old school and professional, and the docs clearly know what they're doing. Dr. Smith has a delightful bedside manner, he's friendly and down to earth and makes you feel completely comfortable. I've been several times and in the waiting room, I can tell a lot of people are very loyal to this practice and they have a lot of regulars, many of whom seem to be dealing with major injuries. In my case, I do not have any specific injury, just chronic tightness in my neck and shoulders which will get to a point where I lose mobility and I'm unable to turn my neck very far to the left or right without tremendous pain. This issue is alleviated by a really good adjustment to my neck and upper back. Because I do need neck adjustments, I am very particular about who I go to, but feel 100% comfortable and safe with Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith always helps me and my neck mobility improves immediately following his adjustments, it's amazing. He's very knowledgeable about what causes my strains specifically. Overall, my mobility in general is greatly improved when I remember to keep up with regular adjustments. Which I'm bad about! Husband likes to get regular adjustments because he feels they help him with his hip and knee issues, he was thrilled with his visit to Dr. Toy. Husbands adjustments focus more on his lower back. Both of us have been seeing chiropractors for many years, and we really like this practice. This is the longest review I've ever done, however, if you have chronic issues and need this type of treatment, I cannot overstate how important it is to get the "right" doc to treat it. For us, this is the best!
