The last 6 months she has been awful! Long waiting time (if I wait less than 45 mins that's a good appointment) to even see her and her office staff is rude and unhelpful. Dr. Shea spends most of her with her nose in a laptop during a visit and seems distracted when I visit. I scheduled an appointment and showed up to a locked door with staff inside. When office personnel opened the door they were VERY rude and unprofessional. "There's no way you have an appointment today we're closed!"( I keep detailed records of all my appointments) There is no way I could have known they were closed and I was treated very poorly. I will not return to Dr. Shea.

This was my first time in 15 years Id been to a doctor so I was pretty nervous. He listened to everything I had to say, asked questions pertinent to what I was going through and my symptoms I was describing. I think he saw I was nervous so we spoke about the Foo Fighters shirt I was wearing to take my mind off being in a hospital. It worked. As far as the correct prescriptions, it's still too early to tell aside from the acid reflux medicine. All in all, pretty much everything I could ask for in a doctors visit minus one thing. I went in for a hearing test today for a job screening for a job at airport and was told my ears were compacted and that my eardrums were barely visible. I'm hoping that didn't affect the outcome of my screening causing me to fail the hearing exam. Anyway, the nurse who checked my ears at the Atkinson office didn't mention it(I'm not even sure if that's a part of her job, it may not be, I could just be being nit picky. She could have been checking my temperature.) It would have been nice to get those things cleared out before my screening. If you are looking for a friendly doctor who truly seems to care about his patients, this is your guy! I highly recommend him!

We both have a lot of medical experience and felt his care was borderline fraud for the care given. We feel bad for the people who do not know that this care is sub-par and go to him not knowing that there is better care. His nursing staff was also on the rude side. When I called for an appointment, the office asked what meds I am taking and I told them HRT, nothing else I am healthy. The office said that they would check with the doctor and get back to me about an appointment (confusing, but I guess it is the Oklahoma way to do things) Well the office got back to me to say that the doctor would not take me on as a patient because of the medications I'm taking! I never asked for a medicine refill, (I don't need one) I've never used a primary doctor in place of an OB doctor. I explained to the woman on the phone that I already have an OBGYN doctor and that I need a Primary Care Physician and nope, they didn't seem to care. Is his refusal even legal? There are a ton of doctors out there, I'll find one, in the meantime my suggestion to Dr. Campbell is that he retake his oath!
