When my number was called, I went up to the window (nice lady), paid my $20.00, and they printed out the birth certificate right then and there. Couldn't have asked for an easier transaction! I would definitely recommend this location if you live on the "Westside"! It's right off the 10, (McDowell and 95th) easy to find and very convenient! Good stuff!

Had to turn around and continue driving in circles! The roads were dark and had terrible lighting. So you are driving through crops/farm areas and random housing areas and have no clue where you are going. I was approved a…read moremonth ago but not my son. it was explained to me that with the DES system was not being updated because of Obamacare did not do it yet. my son's application had to be resubmitted to another company and we had a wait again. I just got the letter that my son was not approved with the exact same information that got me approved. we have a household of 3. when they submitted my application its stated a household of 3 and it was aproved as such. when they did my son they stated we did not qualify for a household of three but as a household of 2. I want to know why the exact same information got me approved as a household of three but my son denied because they state we are a household of 2. how is the government getting away with aproving the parents or only some children in a family and then the rest? It makes no sense that the mother is approved but not the child!

They wouldn't even tell me the next closest place to go. Well, as the Unemployment website doesn't work (locks up all the time), I've called numerous times saying I have a problem with my account. They take a message and no one calls me back. That's IF I can actually get ahold of a live person and the phone line doesn't hang up on me. I also emailed the advocates two times...nothing. I finally got in to update, again, my home address and it has someone else's email, phone #, and banking info! I file fraud in three separate places, NO ONE has called me back. I can't apply for Unemployment, and my Pandemic Unemployment says I have to apply again for unemployment. I don't get anywhere!
