Called and was informed that unless Green Acres plants it it is not gaurenteed. Pathetic. Has not even been two months. Mentioned Bucks Country Gardens would replace it for like and was told " well we are not Bucks Country Gardens " and like, yea, I know. Every time I ever had an issue with something involving this nursery I was dissapointed. There just close geographically. Lowe's is also and you can do just as good there. They'll stand behind their products also.

I met Chris and his team around the corner in our new community while they were replacing a…read moreneighbor's brick treads with PA bluestone treads and the work looked amazing. Knowing we needed to get our brick stairs repaired, we absolutely wanted to do the same bluestone treads. Chris stopped by and we worked on a slightly adjusted plan vs the neighbor's house. Chris did all of the work end to end... Researching my specific questions, acquiring the materials, and scheduling us within a couple of weeks. His team of masons are expert! They did an amazing job including the part I was most concerned about, core drilling the bottom treads and resetting the hand railings. Core drilling and setting in a cement product is the way to go. The railings were loose when we purchased the house. They are firmly set and should be for years to come. I am so glad I noticed them on a walk. So many of our neighbors are slowing down, stopping, or asking questions. I think the work is a hit!

Their zero turn keeps ripping up large chunk of grass along with soil, creating holes everywhere in my lawn. When I called them, they blame it on me. They said either I created the holes myself or i just like to complain. The owners refuse to come out to see what happened. The next week I caught the mower red-handed when he just ripped up another hole. I called the owners and fired them immediately. They said again that I am just a complainer and it's not their fault. The owner further said that people like me would never get satisfied. I couldn't believe my ears. I have contractors whom I hired from 10 years ago who are still with me. This company will never own up to their mistakes. I ended up spending $200 buying seeds and soil to fix all the holes they created.
