When I walked into McGivern, I was immediately greeted and treated so kindly. Staff went the extra mile to help me and explain the timing, cost and options. My resizing and appraisals were completed in about 7 days which I thought was remarkable. My next trip in, I decided to resize a bracelet and reset a ring. Mike personally helped me and was incredibly helpful. Once my jewelry updates were complete- within the stated timeframe, by the way- I picked them up and I was absolutely floored at how beautifully they turned out. I would recommend McGivern to everyone and anyone and I plan to use them, exclusively, for any future jewelry needs.

My fiancé and I worked with Vice President Rachel Ovens to create the engagement ring of my dreams…read more I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she personally walked me through all the options for settings, bands, and diamonds. I wanted a cushion cut stone, so she was able to pull many different stones in my price range and I found one that I absolutely loved. The fact that I had to wait a few years for my fiancé to finally propose and receive my dream ring is beside the point. It was worth the wait! I live in California now, but she is still my jeweler of choice. Over the Christmas holiday I was in town and I came back to Rachel for a smaller project - shortening the chain of a delicate 14k gold necklace. She took the time to help me find the exact length I wanted it shortened and then she is shipping it back to me when it is completed. During that visit, I found a beautiful estate piece that I wanted to buy and use as my wedding band. It is a special, one of a kind piece that was thoughtfully curated for the store. I am currently in the works to purchase this new ring and have it shipped to me. I couldn't be happier doing business with Rachel and Broer-Freeman!
