It was nothing of the sort, literally something you make in a pot with a bag. My partner got the bulgogi, and it sort of was bulgogi but it was more like beef stir fry, far far closer to cantonese in my experience than korean. We did stock up on soju at a somewhat reasonable price but the market mainly sold ramen. So two stars for a place you can buy ramen and soju but the food really didnt land for us.

The third time was a disaster, I ordered ramen and, for a second time, I decided to follow with the veggie rolls just to be on the safe side. The Ramen was atrocious. It tasted like crap instant noodles, and to add insult to injury it was too limey and peppery (what the hell?!). This time the service was also something to cry for. Took a good hour to get my food and the two dishes arrived at the same time which meant I had to eat them at the same time in case the soup when cold or the rolls tasted weird (I don't know). The fourth time, this time, has been the worst so far. I ordered an entree and a main course. They brought me the wrong dish the first time and after a good 30 min afterward they brought the main course, so no entree. When I pointed it this they told me that they were preparing the entree still. Now, I finished with the main course and I got the thing I ordered first. I know that it is a first world problem but I was furious. It seems that there is no order nor control here. Still I had to pay for the entree because they delivered it. I have to say that this will be the last time I eat here and I will commend everyone else to avoid this mess of a restaurant until someone sort everything out.

The tuna was low quality and not fresh, the salmon was much better, and the toro (fatty tuna or belly) was okay but not what it should be. I asked for everything nigiri with the exception that the toro to be sashimi; they served me everything as sashimi... I didn't complain because the kitchen was about to close so I just ate it as it came. If the fish quality was better (basically had the tuna not had a fishy smell), and if they's served my order correctly, I'd have given 4 stars. It is definitely worth checking out for the atmosphere alone. The prices are fair for what it's worth and considering the open-air rooftop style dining. Service was friendly.
