Tokay Glass came out and fixed two of our RV windows. They are frameless windows that had separated from the lower support strut, leaving them hanging by the upper hinge. Tokay Glass understood the problem, came out, re attached the windows and we have had no problems since- great job! read more

They installed a mirror for us on 8/11. They hung up the mirror and left multiple filthy fingerprints and palm prints all over the mirror. They did not clean the mirror. When we called the owner to complain, he basically told us to wash our own mirror. I've never experienced such a lack of customer service in my life. Just go somewhere else. Don't use this company! read more

I highly recommend Tokay Glass. We needed two windows replaced. We were quoted fairly, received great customer service and quality workmanship. The gentleman that replaced our windows were timely, efficient and took great care to ensure no messes were made or left behind. They even cleaned the windows after installation which impressed me as I didn't expect that level of detail to be included. They even do screen replacements at an affordable rate. Overall I would use this company again for any future needs because it's important to have a business you can trust and rely on. 10/10 experience. read more

I highly recommend Tokay Glass in Lodi! They installed new glass shower wall and door at my cousin's home. They did fantastic work, it looks beautiful, and they were super nice. My cousin can't say enough about their workmanship and professionalism, and they were very polite and kind. The shower looks fantastic. Good job Tokay Glass! read more

Poor work and the owner yelled at me and said to bring the damn window back. Horrible work I won't be back

Tokay Glass is the best!! Our cemetery has many different size and style windows. We call them and there here and its fixed with 24 hours... I highly recommend them. Thanks Lodi Memorial Cemetery read more

We had two 20+ year old sliding glass doors that needed to be replaced. Jerry came out to look at them a month or so ago and provided a quote for new doors that was very reasonable. We agreed to have the work done so Jerry ordered the doors. Today, Kevin, Jerry and crew came and installed the new doors. They were very professional and installed both doors in less than a day. They were extremely careful in doing the work, cleaned everything up when they had finished and explained just how the new doors worked. As I said, the price was right and the service was first rate. I would highly recommend using Tokay Glass if you are in need of having window or door work done. We were very happy with the service we received. read more

Used Tokay Glass in Lodi on a recommendation from Gregg Property Management. They did not disappoint. Everything was handled professionally and the price was fair. I would absolutely use them again. read more

I had the best experience getting my windows fixed by Frank at Tokay Glass. He showed up the same day I called, came right in and measured my windows that were off the track, then went to the shop and within an hour, all my windows were fixed. He was so fun talking to while he was fixing the windows. Every company needs a Frank!! Give that man a raise! read more

Kevin and his assistant recently replaced the dual pane glass on our larger sliding door in a highly professional and efficient manner. They are genuinely friendly and courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Kevin noticed our 6 sliding doors were not running as smooth as they should so he used silicon spray on them and now they open and close so easily for us. Kevin also helped me understand how our window screens can be easily removed and replaced by showing me to slide them down then outward and up to remove and to replace simply insert them downward then inward and slide them up in to place. Sounds simple, and is, once it was shown to me, but it had puzzled me ever since moving in 5 years ago. Can not say enough good things about Tokay Glass and my wife and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of glass work of any kind. Thanks so very much to one and all for a job exceptionally well done! read more

Had two windows replaced. It cost less than we thought it would and the guys who showed up to install them were prompt, professional and courteous. We HIGHLY recommend them. A competitor in town didn't even return our calls. read more

The woman working here acts like you are annoying her and she has no time for you. She has no idea about mirror insulation and gets annoyed if you ask a single question. I first called her in the morning and she was super cranky but gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was early (8 am). Then I head there and she's rude in person. So, I left. I go home and ask my husband to go because maybe she just hates woman lol. He goes and she's snappy with him (he used another word that rhymes with itch) so he went to CALIFORNIA GLASS where they treated him like a human and answered all his questions. If you look at my profile of reviews I don't give many 1 stars unless you treat my family like a garage person. Please find a new face for your company. I'm assuming she's the owner's wife and is too cheap to hire someone to act like they enjoy people. read more

We have a vintage bedroom set that needed a replacement panel. They had it done quickly and were reasonably priced.

Went to Tokay Glass for a window issue. Frank was honest and told me they were super booked and could not come out to look at it for about a month. Frank took the time to show me how to remove the window so I could bring it in which I did the following day. Within a few hours the window was fixed. Not only did I not have to wait a month for an appointment, it also saved me about $150 by bringing it in myself. Great service and great people! read more

Loren, the owner, had Jerry install new rain glass. He did a great job and even put in a new handle. He was on time, professional and fast. I would hire them again. Trish B read more

My mother had lost her husband and Lorn was a bully to my mother and coerced her into putting windows she did not order. Beware not a honest company. She paid $700 more than competitor. When she called to tell them she wants to go with another company, he yelled at her. She is alone and dissatisfied with the windows. I would love to have a chat with him my number is public record. read more

This company used to be really good but unfortunately not any longer. Had them do a repair job for me a couple years ago and they did a great job, good friendly service and relatively fair prices. Had the same issue come up so called them back for repair again. I was told they were about 2-3 weeks out for service so I said no problem, whenever you can get to it. 10 minutes later they called and said they would be there in 15 minutes. I thought maybe they had a cancellation or possibly because it was a repeat customer they worked me in. They came out, did the job which took maybe an hour and a half and then presented me the bill. The cost of repair was $460 which was very close to original repair but then they tacked on a $450 service fee charge. I was never told this would be the case prior to them coming out or while they were here. The work had been done so I paid the bill and figured I would just not use them again in the future because I don't think that is an ethical business practice without fair warning ahead of time. To make things worse, after the service men left one of them calls my business and tells my cashier he thinks she's hot and asks for her number. Totally unprofessional conduct. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I never leave reviews but felt obligated this time due to how poor their service was all around. read more

Frank came over last week and was quick, kind and super efficient. It was like having family over! He was very friendly and really knows his stuff. He had everything he needed on his truck and jumped out of his truck and got right to work. It was a pleasure doing business with him and although I have no idea how the front window in my house got broken, they were the best quote, not run-around and showed up when they said they would and did a great job! I highly recommend them. Thank you! read more

My windows got done today and I could not be happier!! From start to finish these guys were professional, prompt, and Clean!! They look great and make a huge temperature and sound difference in our home. I really liked working with everyone that came out! read more

Great service. Prompt installation and good price. Very responsive. Will use their services again

Not sure how I'm to feel about Tokay Glass Co. at this point in time. When they first installed our window in May 2017, they were great in all areas. However, when I called the Office on July 9th to ask for someone to come by as our window is deteriorating, I was told they were "very busy" and would get someone out as soon as possible. Fast forward to August 3rd, 2020, when I called again, speaking to "Susie" who again told me they were "super busy" and would get someone out to look at it and that "a hashtag has been written up." As of today, August 23rd, we still have not heard anything from them and are still waiting for our window to get repaired before the rains begin. Hoping they get out here soon or we'll have to call another glass company and will have to pass on using Tokay Glass for our homes and businesses ever again. read more

I had them come and install a new shower door. Out of three bids they were the first to call me back with a solid price rather than an approximate cost. Lauren followed up on his bid a few days later. The install crew was kind and efficient. I felt safe being home alone as a young woman. They went above and beyond their duties helping me pry open windows throughout the ENTIRE house when I realized the painter who came a few days before had painted my windows shut. My shower door looks great and hung level. Made my bathroom look new. read more

I would highly recommend Tokay Glass. These guys are very professional and really care about their customers. I had a rock thrown through the window next to my front door and called one of their competitors up for a quote. The competitor flaked and didn't show up so I called Tokay Glass and spoke with the owner Frank. He was very patient and indicated that he would have Loren come out to do an estimate. Loren (co owner) came out promptly, did the estimate and I agreed on the price. They got the glass custom made in a few days and Frank came out and personally installed it. I plan to use them for other glass needs in the near future. Hands down these guys are the best in the valley. Thank you Frank, Loren, and Tokay Glass! read more

Excellent prices good service, busy place for a reason. Old regulars in town customers

We have two shower door enclosures that were installed by Tokay Glass five years ago. We needed to replace the molding on one of the doors. Frank, the owner was very responsive, communicative, and came to replace the molding wIthin 48 hours. Great customer service and quality products. Highly recommend! read more

I hired Tokay Glass to install 21 new windows in my house. I got 3 quotes and they were the best price for what I wanted. They are a Milgard dealer and I selected the Tuscany windows. The experience was outstanding from the very beginning. Every employee was professional and detail oriented. From the time I ordered the windows until they were installed they kept me updated. Now that the windows are installed my house looks amazing. read more

Replied fast and got the job done in days from start to finish! Would definitely recommend them!

Went in to get an estimate on windows, an older gentlemen talked to me and as soon as he found out I had gotten 2 other estimates he said he wouldn't even bother with giving me a quote as he was to busy. I ALWAYS get 3 estimates on a job that is going to be over 5 thousand dollars!! Extremely poor customer service, don't waist ur time here spend it and ur money elsewhere!! read more

Very poor customer service. When I asked them to take good care of my brand new painted doors that I had to leave there for glass installation, Loren said, "If you're that worried you should go home and get towels to protect them because who knows in here." What? Why would anyone leave anything there? It isn't clean. It's rundown and I did not feel comfortable having them do the work. I went to California Glass on Kettleman. They took proper care of my doors for me, carried them in and out. And, they were about $50 less and look amazing! read more

Excellent - from the phone call asking for service to them cleaning up everything thoroughly! My dog stuck his nose thru a front window and I called the 2 companies in town. The other folks were 2 weeks out. Tokay glass sald next day. Their guys called me and said they had an early time and came right over. Took them maybe 20 minutes (woulda taken me all day). Professional, polite, and thorough. Hope I don't need to call them again soon - but if I do need glass - they are my go to company. In this day and age of bad customer service - these people were top notch!! read more

I called to have someone come out and give us a quote on a glass door. The 1st phone call we were told that 2 people had to come out and someone would call us to make an appointment. A week later we didn't hear back from anyone so we called again. We were told that everyone was sick that week and to call back the next week to make an appointment. The 3rd time we called we were told the do not work after 3pm (something that was brought up during the 2nd phone call but nothing was said about working after 3pm). The 4th time we had a few days off and were able to schedule an appointment before 3pm. This time we were told because it wasn't a particular door they could not fix it. Now several people recommend this business to us. It was frustrating because we talked to the same person during 3 of the calls and the story was different each time. We will just call another company who will work with us. read more

Our house was broken into and the window above the kitchen sink smashed. Not only did Frank from Tokay make the whole experience smooth and as painless as possible, the price was decent and the service was fast. I highly recommend this business.
