This place was highly recommended by one of my dear friends. I came in today and asked for medium…read morelength almond nails what I received is not that it looks like I have a bunch of triangles on my nails the first person who worked on my nails kept ignoring my request for him to file them how I wanted them to look even after I showed him how to do it he laughed at me and continue doing what he was doing. My nails came out, looking lumpy and like black candy corn and then was charged $55 after I had left and then came back after 10 minutes I asked that they redo my nails. The second woman was incredibly sweet just didn't comprehend that. I wanted medium length acrylic nails my nails look better and she was incredibly sweet and did try her hardest even though she should have soaked them off and redone them if they were to turn out how I asked again this is t the second d woman's fault but as a business how can you allow you customer to say I hate my nail they aren't anything like what I asked for and still feel confident in charging full price as well as my friend got blue French tip acrylics and they were also lumpy, and the French tip was uneven, and she was charged an astronomical price comparative to what my other friend pays

They are up to date on the latest styles and trends, yet are happy to provide you with whatever you ask for. My stylist is Alison, and this lady is absolutely amazing. What I like the most is that she takes her time to do the job right, and she really listens to what you want her to do. She cares about her clients. I hate it when a stylist rushes through an appointment. Alison does not do this. She also takes care of my elderly mother and father, and I love how she engages them. They don't get out of the house much anymore, so this is a bit of a social visit for them too. The whole staff should be commended for the fine job they do. You will quickly find out just how much their clients satisfaction means to them, from the very first visit.
