I have lived in Bluffton for a good chunk my life, and I have never been in this salon until just…read morethis past December. My girl, Cassie, just recently started working in Alley Cuts, and so on my trip in, I didn't know what to expect. I'll say I was wonderfully surprised by a super trendy interior that made me feel like I was in a high-end salon. I was taken care of SO well, and loved the lighting as well. I think lighting can be suer important when getting your hair done, and I feel good sitting in the chair and I felt good taking that first "new hair" selfie outside. I've been back two more times, and I'll be back more because these blonde strands need to be taken care of well. If you haven't been to Alley Cuts, I highly recommend giving them a try, or if you are looking to try a new color, I know Cassie is accepting new clients. Hope you all stay living your best hair life :)

At Jimmy's request, I am writing this review…read more Jimmy called to remind me of an appointment. I was unavailable to take the call at the time. After ringing twice he hung up. He did not call from the shop's number, but instead called from an out of town number - a number I did not recognize. He did not leave a message. So, I had no idea it was his shop calling. The next business day, when I went to the shop and asked if he called about the appointment and if so, why he did not call from the shop number and leave a message, he immediately became very defensive and began to yell and hurl insults - cursing in front of customers in the shop - claiming he was too busy to "hand hold" customers. He is highly emotional, unstable, immature, and volatile. Jimmy is ignorant of customer service. I pity his co-workers who had to witness his meltdown.
