My girl, Cassie, just recently started working in Alley Cuts, and so on my trip in, I didn't know what to expect. I'll say I was wonderfully surprised by a super trendy interior that made me feel like I was in a high-end salon. I was taken care of SO well, and loved the lighting as well. I think lighting can be suer important when getting your hair done, and I feel good sitting in the chair and I felt good taking that first "new hair" selfie outside. I've been back two more times, and I'll be back more because these blonde strands need to be taken care of well. If you haven't been to Alley Cuts, I highly recommend giving them a try, or if you are looking to try a new color, I know Cassie is accepting new clients. Hope you all stay living your best hair life :)

They charged me for a full hair cut when she snipped away three very small chunks of hair on my ends. The stylist bleached my roots down to my tips by slathering a glob on top of one section of my hair and rubbing it in with her fingers. The dye was done using the same method. Once my hair was bleached my roots were almost white and my ends were basically orange. She used a demi dye and then tried to cover up the spots that didn't take with a semi dye, but never told me until it was too late and we were rinsing the dye out. It's been 5 days and all of the semi dye has faded out. I was charged around $160 when I was told it would only be around $80. When I went to talk to the manager she just offered to schedule me another appointment and just kept saying that my "hair probably didnt take to color". But this is the first issue I've ever had with colored hair in 7 years. There is no way in hell I will ever let a Smart Style employee touch my hair again!
