She is knowledgeable and I can tell she has made hair her life's business. She helps me to pick out the perfect color and cut when I can't make a decision. I always leave there happy and feeling pampered. I have also had a great experience with Stacy and Amanda. Amanda did my daughter's hair for prom and it turned out gorgeous! Stacy is great with color and styling. Not to mention they are the sweetest ladies. I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my hair done.

At Jimmy's request, I am writing this review…read more Jimmy called to remind me of an appointment. I was unavailable to take the call at the time. After ringing twice he hung up. He did not call from the shop's number, but instead called from an out of town number - a number I did not recognize. He did not leave a message. So, I had no idea it was his shop calling. The next business day, when I went to the shop and asked if he called about the appointment and if so, why he did not call from the shop number and leave a message, he immediately became very defensive and began to yell and hurl insults - cursing in front of customers in the shop - claiming he was too busy to "hand hold" customers. He is highly emotional, unstable, immature, and volatile. Jimmy is ignorant of customer service. I pity his co-workers who had to witness his meltdown.

I went in for a spray tan after calling and asking if they did them and if I needed an appointment…read more the girl on the phone was very sweet and helpful but when I went in and asked for a spray tan the lady working was so rude to me. saying they stop doing sprays at 7:40. I showed up a little before 7:30 and it says no where on there socials or in store about the sprayer closing early. the lady huffed and puffed while leading me back to the room. I left with the WORST spray tan of my life. mind you i have been getting spray tans for 5 or 7 years now and have never gotten one this bad.
