Im really grateful I found this law firm to help represent me with my ticket. I got a truck route violation in Texas. My lawyer was able to get a differed disposition in my case which means I have to stay out of trouble for 30 days and pay the court a small fine and my ticket gets dismissed in a month. DO NOT HIRE! Please save yourself the trouble. The entire firm has no interest in helping you in any way, shape, or form. Their only concern is getting more money from you, and when they can't, they will drop your case and leave you in a worse situation than when you started. I should have just paid the ticket, which I ended up doing anyway. I had to fight with the lawyers more than I did with the court. I asked them to resolve this without me taking time off of work. Instead, they scheduled a court date to remove themselves from the case, all the while refusing to help in any way unless I paid them more money than the ticket was going to cost. They also knew that my particular citation was not something they could get deferred adjudication or defensive driving. They took the case, knowing I would still owe money for the ticket unless I paid them more money than the ticket to possibly fight it. He is such a scam artist. Each of the lawyers that I had communication with was extremely rude and didn't care about my concerns at all. They did what they wanted and put me in a worse situation than I started, and then they blamed me for their actions. Worst experience ever. read more

Went to them (March 2021) because they would represent me in Childress county for a speeding ticket...should of took my time to find someone else. Anyways they pushed back my court date for a couple months (October 2021)....couple months passed they told me that they couldn't get me deferred...that i would have to pay them an extra (i believe it was 200$) for them to take it to county court so it can't "possibly" get dismissed. I thought that was quite odd because all courts offer deferred so i read the reviews online and it seems like they do that to mostly everyone they represent. So i took the liberty and did a little digging to see if they were doing their job...turns out they didn't. I called the court and asked them for my record....the court emailed me all the records and what i found was i was offered deferred a couple days after they put in word to represent me...they told me my only option was to pay for the ticket and have it on my record or take it to county court...i told them i want to do deferred and they said that wasn't an option until i showed them the email. I basically handles this all by myself...wasted money here. Please go elsewhere unless you want to get scammed. Also they don't even update you so you don't know how your case is doing...they don't call to tell you your court date has been pushed back...I'd had to call them every time to get an update Would not recommend Everyone at the office sucks at their job I think her name was Claudia...She got an attitude problem Sorry not sorry I posted 11 pics of the case read more

I am out of state driver and the same fate they apparently negotiated for me, was what I could have done without paying them. Total scam. I do not recommend. At all. If you're a CDL driver and CDL Legal recommends this law office to you, do not pay them. I paid over $500 for them to "fight" for deal for me. The "deal" was a serious conviction on my record and court cost. Something I could have went to cost and ended up with for free. Don't waste your money. They'll charge you and say they'll fight to get you a better deal, but you're going to end up paying more because you hired them. When I got an unfair ticket, I thought about just paying the $224 to have it deferred, but considering the circumstances around it, decided to hire a lawyer for $100 to get rid of it. I hired Mr. Tkach to handle a contesting of the suspension of my driver license and he did such a good job against the State that the judge dismissed the State's case. He is now representing me in a personal injury suit in which my girlfriend and I were rear ended by a driver that was insured with a suspended license. Todd himself told me this, and after I was assured everything was fine, I received a warrant in the mail. When I called to inquire, I was told there was nothing they could do. I basically paid them $400 to go to court and do nothing. They pleaded Deferred Adjudication and and accepted the full fine amount for each citation. I sent Todd this email. Using this office is a waste of your money I contracted with your firm on 6/3/2011 to represent me with Dallas County. My receipt says you will have a court date set and contact me. I spoke to your office on 9/7/2011 when I received a letter from Dallas Attorneys saying the case was going to collection and again on 10/28 as the case is going to warrant. Your associate told me there was no assurance that you were handling the case. This is very disappointing given the promise of customer service you make on your home page. Paid this firm to resolve a traffic ticket for my son. We received deferred adjudication AND had to complete defensive driving. We followed the instructions he provided to a T. Paid the deferred fine immediately, and completed the DD within 90 days, his letter instructed. When my son went to the courthouse to present the DD certificate, he was told he only had 60 days (the amount of time of the deferred adjudication) to complete the DD. Now we have to go BACK to court on the 14th to explain why we didn't complete the DD within 60 days. I hired him to take care of a traffic violation and he never showed up for my court date and then lied and said they moved the court date. Then, after lying, they ASSURED me everything was taken care of but two weeks later, I had a warrant for my arrest. Now, I am dealing with a HUGE mess because of him. I got this lawyer for my husband since he got a ticket. They told us they would keep us updated on the process & never once for the past 4 months have they called us. We have been the ones calling them to tell them about the case it's funny because they only call us to collect money. We have paid over $800 & his court is tomorrow & my husband talked to a girl name Claudia & she said the lawyer was not going to go to court because we didn't make a payment which we did when I called her to see what was going on she said she showed no payment when clearly it's on their website & she told me she could not see it & she went on to tell me that I can just call back tomorrow about the payment when my husbands court is tomorrow morning is she stupid or what. Then she started yelling at me for no reason when I was not even yelling at her. Claudia has to be the worst customer service I have ever received especially coming from a law firm. She is so fucking stupid because she says one thing & then another & then went on to say she don't know about the case to send her paper work about it like wtf we are paying you for what then ?
