I was just amazed of Dr Alongi talent and skill performing this surgery, I tell you very little pain for me afterwards, just swelling . She takes her time to explain all the financial options and possible procedures, so you're informed throughout the entire process. She never tries to rush you out of the chair for the next patient. It's reassuring to know a dentist that puts the patient first. No hidden fees or add-ons. Her entire staff goes overboard in helping you from the receptionist to the dental assistant. If you so this for a living, but ruin people's teeth. Then you do absolutely nothing about it. This sadly is not someone I'd recommend anyone ever go to. This followup is post original review. Good Lord. After the review I had Dr. Garrett Morris called, leaving a profanity laced voicemail. This guy has a absolutely horrible and nasty attitude. He obviously won't own up to making a mistake. A copy of his voicemail will be sent to the medical board along with a complaint against his medical license. Him telling me I am obviously F*CKING STUP¡D among many other insults throughout his 1 minute and 4 second tirade. After hearing how this person feels so comfortable saying all that to a person. If you are reading this you should never use his services. He is very HOSTILE and probably a DANGEROUS PERSON. One who should not have a medical license as he is obviously a very dangerous person, and also not good at his job. Run far far away from this P$ych0p@th. He obviously has anger and mental health issues. I am attaching a screenshot of the voicemail. All the other reviews are 100% correct. This guy clearly doesn't know what he is doing. He should not have a medical license. He is rough, and will absolutely destroy other teeth. Just like he did mine and for other people.

I've been going there with my boyfriend for about 2 years now on a fairly regular basis for cleanings, and we have never had a bad experience! We are never kept waiting after arriving for more than a few minutes. Their services by both the hygienists and Dr. Morgan are always excellent! We never have any pain during the cleanings. The staff are also super friendly every time as well. They recently expanded and renovated their office space, and it looks fantastic. My boyfriend had all four of his wisdom teeth removed here a while back. The procedure was quick and efficient. I would say he was in and out within the hour! He had one tooth that was in pretty deep and they had to go into the jaw bone. Yikes... Regardless of this, Dr. Morgan's office took care of him well! When my BF had some lingering pain in that spot, they asked him to come in right away, so they could look at it and make sure everything was still okay. They fit him in that same day and my BF was fully recovered shorty after! The best part about this practice is that they really care. When I switched to being a part-time employee and lost my dental insurance, they offered to still do our cleaning appointment free of charge. That was such a nice thing to offer when they get nothing in return. Obviously, I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Morgan's and I would recommend him to anyone looking for dental care!!

The truth is, on February 5th, I was due for a cleaning and a "try in". After sitting there for about 25 minutes past my appointment time; I was called up to the desk by Maritza (spelling) and told that "it was too early to have my teeth cleaned" (my insurance wouldn't cover it) I wasn't given the option of paying for the service. I posed the question: why wasn't I told this when I booked the appointment originally OR on the subsequent phone call that I'd placed the day before". She responded: are you keeping the appointment? I didn't answer because I was upset and took my seat. Me taking that seat was my answer. Maritza calls the office manager Jamie Montz. She was so very nasty in her demeanor which put me on defense immediately! Keep in mind, the employees had children behind the desk, playing. Out of control. Another employee had a cake delivered by a patient and the 2 people that accompanied him. They were taken to the back to have services rendered to them. A couple of patients... waiting, commented about that. I asked Jamie for a supervisors contact information and she slapped her card on the front desk and informed me that "she was it". I was so HUMILIATED at this point. To add insult to injury; when the young lady came out to bring me back for my "try in" Jamie put her arm out in a racing motion on the employee and told her that "we won't be seeing her today". I think her name was Jordan...she didn't know which way to go, but, I did. I went out the door. What a start on my BIRTHDAY! Long story short, I didn't get my try in for my partial. It's sitting over there. No one from that office reached out to me as of this day 3/4/2026. I did reach a very nice employee in the Garyville office, who put me in touch with her supervisor and I lodged a complaint through her. Something needs to change about that front line representing all doctors on staff there. Color was brought into the conversation. And Jamie made sure I knew that she'd had her say, it was final and "IT" ended with her.

Michelle the receptionist is lazy and complacent. She said the paperwork is so short it's not worth the time to send them. On the morning of my appt, I phoned to let her know that I would be a little late because there was an accident. I arrived 10 min late. She wasn't at her desk, it didn't take me long to complete the paperwork. Between Michelle and the hygienist were having the long extensive conversation, instead of taking care of the things pertaining to the office. After I had signed a statement that I received a copy of the HIPAA form, I asked for them. She, Michelle, began telling all the reasons why they don't give them out, because ppl waste them and on and on, delaying the intake even further. Again very lazy office and nonchalant office. I said to myself, who the hell really care what others do; I would like a copy for myself of what I signed. So by this time, it was 30 min past the hours. Michelle in nice-nasty way referred to me as "sweetie" which is really unprofessional and I can't stand that. So when I sat in the dental chair I let Janet know of my disappointment of Michelle and to be further disappointed, she told that I would only be able to get the exam and not the teeth cleaning. I was like really! So I asked for my paperwork back and told them I would not be returning. When I left the office, I felt like they wasted my precious time with their laziness, unprofessional demeanor and nasty attitudes. Called and spoke to Janet to have the dentist call me. Still waiting on a return phone call. So this is the reason for my review since they think that I and my business is not important enough to respond!
