Referred to Dr. Regine Dyer by my dentist for extreme pain related to cold hitting my teeth. My…read moredentist thought it was one tooth, when in fact it was 2 or 3 of the other teeth situated around the tooth in question. Over the course of 6 months, I have met with Dr. Dyer three times, and each time I am impressed with the professional yet personal interactions I have had with her and her staff. Everyone is friendly, the front staff is efficient in check in, and the technicians and assistants can carry on a conversation in between procedures. (I believe it's called "able to talk to a wall," but that sounds derogatory; they are able to relate to people is a better description.) Dr. Dyer is no nonsense but believes in educating her patients. I always leave knowing more than I did before and feeling like all of my options have been placed before me. I have not once felt as if I am being pressured into root canals or procedures, and I am kept in the loop on the status and care of my teeth - not just the "problem teeth." Dr. Dyer works by referral only. It is worth the time to get a referral to see her. Being treated like a human being and not just a source of income is priceless.

I've been going there with my boyfriend for about 2 years now on a fairly regular basis for cleanings, and we have never had a bad experience! We are never kept waiting after arriving for more than a few minutes. Their services by both the hygienists and Dr. Morgan are always excellent! We never have any pain during the cleanings. The staff are also super friendly every time as well. They recently expanded and renovated their office space, and it looks fantastic. My boyfriend had all four of his wisdom teeth removed here a while back. The procedure was quick and efficient. I would say he was in and out within the hour! He had one tooth that was in pretty deep and they had to go into the jaw bone. Yikes... Regardless of this, Dr. Morgan's office took care of him well! When my BF had some lingering pain in that spot, they asked him to come in right away, so they could look at it and make sure everything was still okay. They fit him in that same day and my BF was fully recovered shorty after! The best part about this practice is that they really care. When I switched to being a part-time employee and lost my dental insurance, they offered to still do our cleaning appointment free of charge. I said to myself, who the hell really care what others do; I would like a copy for myself of what I signed. So by this time, it was 30 min past the hours. Michelle in nice-nasty way referred to me as "sweetie" which is really unprofessional and I can't stand that. So when I sat in the dental chair I let Janet know of my disappointment of Michelle and to be further disappointed, she told that I would only be able to get the exam and not the teeth cleaning.
