I came here back in November 2024 to get feathering hair extensions. When it was first done it was beautiful even though the color wasn't really what I wanted. I was there for 12 hours. The staff was extremely kind and funny. However the extensions themselves didn't hold, in 2 weeks I lost a few and within a month 1/3 of them were off. I noticed the way it was tied was very fast and sloppy. When I get this done in Vietnam it lasts forever, but this time it comes off when I brush it. I have to brush it because of the tangles around my roots where it was tied, but sometimes itll pull off the extension or break my hair. I never had this happen to me before. And to think I paid about 1.4k to get this done. I'm extremely disappointed. I traveled from Arizona just to get it done. Waste of money. read more

Since the color was outrageous they decided to give it another try and toned it down "one" shade darker..resetting the process all over again only to completely darken it leaving little to no blonde at all? Tuan is now on his 3rd attempt of burning and destroying my moms hair... trying to "brighten" it a lighter tone. My mom sat through the 3rd round feeling her Scalp burning and stinging.. signaling her to GTFO. The shop owner knew she was unsatisfied with the results but still charged her at full price, claiming it was mom's fault because her hair was previously discolored. A warning in the beginning would have been appropiate if you are the owner running this shop, a bright idea: allowing your customers to understand what type of hair damage they already have before putting your hands on their hair to avoid any "accusations" would help. read more

I have to write this review because even two weeks later, my hair is fried and ruined less than a month before my wedding. The picture where I'm wearing the floral dress is what my hair looked like the night before I went to this awful salon and the other pictures is my hair after they fried it to a crisp. I came here with my aunt because she wanted to do something nice for me so I settled on a blow out. As I walk to the back room, a literal dog barked at me. Like what? First red flag. No type of covering put over my body. The girl started washing my hair and continuously sprays the water so it's getting on my face. I can look past that. She takes me back to her chair and blow dries my hair. The regular way. With no round brush. I asked for a blow out, which means they put products in my hair to help it look healthy and it gets blown out with a round brush and blow dryer with a diffuser, none of which happened. Since my hair is already dry, I was annoyed so I just asked for it to be curled. Can't mess that up right? Wrong. First she starts crimping my hair, of which I tell her to stop. Then she gets another guy and he curls my hair with a large flat iron. He completely burnt the ends of my hair and now they are dry and look fried. Even after coming home and going to my regular stylist to get a haircut and treatment, my hair looks like the last picture with the purple shirt. I am so upset and there's nothing I can do to fix my hair except for cutting it off. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you want them to ruin your hair. read more

I was here couple days ago. I got a hair cut and dyed my hair, $120 + tip. He left me on the hair wash chair for a long time saying "your hair is dry and need treatment". He soaked my hair with condition (I'm not so sure what he put on) for half an hour. The real reason was he had another appointment waiting for hair cut. Came here to get a much needed mommy hair cut update. I was recommended to Anh Tan by my cousin. He washed my hair and proceeded with the process. Let me say I'm pretty picky and have paid $100 for a hair cut before. And he did an amazing job! He first trimmed/ cut a little bit of the hair wet. Then dried everything and start his magic with a dry cut. I absolutely love dry cuts. I've only had it done one lace before and I was in love with my hair then. Dry cuts gives me a better look of what it'll look like even after I get home and shower. I will definitely be coming back! I went to this salon before and had a good experience with the owner of the salon. However, the second time I went turned out horrible. It was during the covid and they were able to see me that day. I showed them a picture of a highlighted look and got something totally different. I had virgin hair, never been flat ironed or colored. He bleached my hair a total of 3 times! He even bleached my roots! Why bleach my roots when the roots are supposed to be dark? I wanted dark roots with dark and light highlights. He just ended up bleaching the whole thing, it looked all blonde!!! I was scared and when I asked him is this what it's supposed to look like, he said "don't worry I'm going to curl it." I almost cried. I told him it looks nothing like the picture- it's supposed to be dark at the roots with blonde highlights mixed in with my dark hair. He completely ruined the quality of my hair. I had to chop off 4 inches & it's still dry. My man payed the money for it before asking if I liked it and now I have to deal with the consequences. Please talk to your hair stylist & make sure both of you are on the same page so you don't have to go through what I went through. Well, my hair was long and healthy, and I just wanted to give it a little adjustment. I request for a minimal cut only, I showed him the desired length; it's about 2 inches. I was so tired after a long day, so my eyes were closed most of the time. That guy already told me that my hair is so long. Guess what, he cut about 7 inches of length, and they were not even when I got home. The cashier was kinda rude with the phone on her hand all the time. She didn't even say thank you when charging me $35+$10 tip for 10mns of haircut. It already happened; nothing I can do to bring my hair back. My whole family and friends hate the new hair. A huge lesson for me. Open my eyes all the time during a haircut, and pick a better salon. I originally wanted a French but they had to remove my entire coat twice because the line was so uneven. I ended up giving up and switching over to a single color. Even the single color was a fail. I showed her where my top coat was splitting and the splotchy areas and she just ignored me. Nail polish also did not remotely match the sample, must be super old color. She was very sweet and got the job done. The ONLY thing I'm salty over is I expected to pay $20-25 because most reviewers on here and my family paid that amount, but she charged me $30+tip. For a very simple trim... NO bangs, NO layering. I guess blow drying my hair (i showered before i got here) and straightening my hair made it more expensive? Not too sure. Or maybe it's the fact that I, the Vietnamese American seem a little more entitled for having a white boyfriend? Orrr maybe I'm not charming enough for her to give me the better price.
