experience was not good, quality,and lack of service was terrible, a party of 8 of us went for a breakfast meeting, there were several issues, firstly there were no cups available for coffee, we had to wait until they washed some, at the servery there was a lack of items, ie fried eggs, sausages, yorkies. the cheesy potatoes on display had large portions of it that were burnt, and no had the sence to remove them , whilst waiting a considerable time for fresh food to be brought out, a young girl appeared with some fried eggs, I made a comment to her about there needing more items , she did not respond to me, but just gave me a look of contempt, i feel we were let down by DARLINGTON TOBY CARVERY, as well as other members of my group. I feel rather reluctant to make a return visit to pay for service like this. I dont know where the duty manager was but he/she needs to up there game in quality control, and staff training, and maybe your staff need re training in the art of customer relations. If I was asked to give a score out of 10, I would award DARLINGTON TOBY CARVERY I would award them 3 read more
