During my final visit in April 2024 I was told that my left jaw bone had deteriorated, they didn't know why and they never followed up to treat it or refer me to a specialist. Now I'm living in another state with a new dentist. They stated there's no way I had deep cleanings with the condition of my whole mouth and unfortunately the two teeth may need to be pulled. Additionally, the picks they recommended I use on my delicate gums were too hard, so my gums may be permanently damaged. When I recently contacted this office to ask about the deep cleanings I paid for I was told they don't do deep cleanings, even though I clearly paid for them. I'm still in shock about this whole experience. I trusted Dr. Bloss and her team, who I would now not recommend and certainly wouldn't go to.

Once I was properly numb he had 2 of my wisdom teeth out in less than 2 minutes. They used "laughing gas" on me which left me completely relaxed and the lovely massaging chair helped put me at ease. Everyone was very kind and caring. I felt very well taken care of and can actually say getting my wisdom teeth removed was not a traumatic experience. I broke a tooth so I had to see the dentist. I dreaded the appt, but it was necessary. The staff is very friendly and understood my fear. The broken tooth had to be removed and we went through the steps for an implant. Dr Stuckey was very gentle and he checked how I was feeling during each step of the process. Because of the great care I received I now get my regular check ups (teeth cleaning). My fear of going to the dentist are gone and I'm happy to take care of my teeth!
