During my final visit in April 2024 I was told that my left jaw bone had deteriorated, they didn't know why and they never followed up to treat it or refer me to a specialist. Now I'm living in another state with a new dentist. They stated there's no way I had deep cleanings with the condition of my whole mouth and unfortunately the two teeth may need to be pulled. Additionally, the picks they recommended I use on my delicate gums were too hard, so my gums may be permanently damaged. When I recently contacted this office to ask about the deep cleanings I paid for I was told they don't do deep cleanings, even though I clearly paid for them. I'm still in shock about this whole experience. I trusted Dr. Bloss and her team, who I would now not recommend and certainly wouldn't go to.
