I have been cared for by this office for many years and have had a very successful operation performed relating to a bulging disk and constant pain. The operation was completed very professionally and the relief I now experience is very much appreciated. Concerning the negative review, there are two sides to every story and I am not familiar with either side. But comparing the excellent service from every person connected with this office, from my surgeon to the receptionists at the front desk, I cannot help but feel there is some disconnect between what this person is reporting and the facts pertaining to this issue. I recently had some dealings with this office and their staff regarding my mother. She had been a…read morepatient of theirs for many years as was my father. She was discharged from their office without her knowledge because she did not want to see their PA. She had seen him previously and was disappointed in the results of the office visit and so when asked if she would see him again she said "NO" that she wanted to see the doctor. As far as I know, a patient has the constitutional right to see whom she wants and can refuse to see whom she doesn't want but that does not give the office the right to discharge someone for that. Consequently, I can't give the office staff or the doctors a rating better than a zero or less.
