So i missed an appointment to due an illness that had me in the hospital for almost 2 weeks forgot…read moreto call and cancel my appointment as it wasnt a priority to me. Then they have the nerve to send me a bill for not showing up to my appointment i go in try to get it straightened out and no one could help me because the Dr has to make that decision. I woukd not recommend this facility to anyone who wants a reasonable cost for eye exam or someone to actually call them and explain a charge that was never mentioned when making the appointment that they bill for no call no shows. Everyone says help loval businesses but places like this are whats hurting good places of business when they cannot even explain why or bother to call back and explain it to me.

I also felt I'd likely get a better product than a big box chain. Immediately following my eye exam, they pushed me to upgrades insuring me I'd regret it if I didn't purchase them. My glasses were almost $400 AFTER Insurance. I was told 7-10 business days. After I waited the full 10 days and gotten NO contact from Heart Mountain, I called to see where my glasses where. "Oh they SHOULD be here." (Yes I know. That' why I'm calling.) The lady said she would call them. I got no call back to tell me what they found out. I waited 2 more days and called back. Nope still no glasses. No one knows why. It's possible there was a flaw and they had to start your lenses again. (Okay well build that into your estimate of when they will arrive!!!!) They SHOULD arrive in the next 5 days. Which will put us at NINETEEN days. I needed these glasses to pass my DOT physical so I could drive my students for summer school field trips. Next time I WILL go to the big box chain. To heck with supporting local businesses. This is why people don't. Next time I'll get better service, a cheaper price, and likely a faster result. DO BETTER!!!!!!
