As the head of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for our company, it's not uncommon for Customers and potential Customers to join me in my office now, instead of a conference room. I highly recommend using Gloom to Bloom for business or personal transformations!

Lori did a great job and was very neat while working. I'm very happy with the quality of work and I would highly recommend her!

We had him come to completely gut and renovate our bathroom in August of 2020, and are extremely pleased with the results. The work was done in a timely manner and his pricing is very fair. We enjoyed working with him so much that we asked him to come back to renovate our kitchen this past summer. Our house was built in the 50's, so there were some curveballs thrown our way, but George figured out solutions to every issue, worked with us to stay within and even under budget, and the finished product is more than we could have ever dreamed of. My husband and I both highly recommend George for your next home project.

While sometimes the work may admittedly take some time to be produced and reach a logical point of being able to share, I simply encourage every possible client to understand the magnitude of the investment being made with their project and the incredible importance of ensuring quality over speed when it comes to the documentation that will bring the project to life. I will happily wait for anything to ensure that we get the best possible outcome (and achv design delivers the best work out there) rather than rush it for the sake of having something fast. Would you rather have a filet mignon cooked to perfection or just settle for a drive-thru burger, but in this scenario you pay the same for either option? Obvious answer... Thanks to achv design, we had the opportunity (which I didn't think was an option in this particular facet of the industry) to go through multiple iterations of our rather large addition to our home and utilize the technical nature of the design that achv produces to see what was possible in many different regards, including financially, aesthetically, and rationally. Not only did we have the opportunity to go through the minutiae of the project in detail, and not only did the company help us at every step of the way, but we were able to explore the different options on the interior and exterior and have schematics in hand for each iteration to be able to get pricing, feedback, and to be able to check in with the individuals involved in the process to ensure the investment had its proper checkboxes at each step. Long story, short, achv design is your best option in every which way!

We called hoping for help before the holidays, and John was at our house the very next day to look at the space. From the start, we trusted him immediately--he was kind, thoughtful, and asked all the right questions. We received a clear, detailed quote the following day, and the work began within the week. The project was completed in just 3.5 days, well ahead of our proposed deadline. John even drove all the way to Massachusetts to pick up our materials to ensure everything arrived on time. When our shower doors were mistakenly delivered to a neighboring house where another construction project was underway, John walked up the street, spoke with multiple people, and personally carried the doors back to our home in the snow and cold. He and his brother took great care of our house, laying down protective coverings so no mud was tracked inside. They handled every detail seamlessly--figuring out water shutoffs, garage access, power, and everything else they needed with minimal interruption to us. Our children were home from college, and John and Dave were incredibly accommodating, moving their trucks in and out of the driveway at all hours to work around our family's schedule. They even managed to open a Tostitos salsa jar we couldn't get open! Their workmanship is outstanding. They presented us with four pricing options, clearly explained each one, and helped us choose what truly felt like the highest-quality solution. We absolutely love our new shower. Having a renovation project while working from home, with adult children coming and going and pets underfoot, can be stressful--but with John and Dave, it felt like having trusted family members on site contributing to a calm, happy home. Their attention to detail is remarkable. John even returned an off-white item to ensure every element matched perfectly and the final result was beautiful. I truly can't overstate how fantastic they are. Rockingham Renovations has my highest recommendation, and we can't wait to have them back for our next project.

He provided us with pictures of completed projects. His proposal was not the cheapest but other factors helped us decide on Benchmark. We gave Lee access to our home when we returned to Florida. Overall, we're very satisfied with his work, attention to detail in the resurfacing and adding to our kitchen, special acknowledgement to Peter who is one of the installers who put the finishing touches to complete the new kitchen. Steve Kelley seemed confident in be able to accomplish this job no problem in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Sounds perfect, right? Wrong. Team Kelly not ONLY did the worst tiling job I've ever seen and completely disregarded any standard practices when tiling. These tiles were crooked, not to mention they did NOT use a waterproof line before tiling, used NO Schluter trim, and they only did about 1/4 of our shower tiles and called it quits. Kelly assured me he'd make it right and refund me for the job which I didn't expect, but appreciated. Kelly NEVER came to see me at the agreed time for a refund... instead caused a whole spew of issues to make it so we were unable to contact him again. We had to pay for the job and wasted materials again, but the bathroom looks amazing now and has been done properly with our new company. Photos to compare Kelley's job with the new proper job. Do NOT hire these scam artists. Highly unprofessional! **Updated for review since Stephen Kelly has added a comment with dishonest information. Stephen: I know you go to wild lengths to avoid taking accountability for your actions, but lying on the name of other people is not needed. I am one of the residents in that home who dealt with you directly. You offered us a full refund to begin with and then continued to bail on us. After calling you approximately 6 times (remember, I had to present phone records at court for this one sir) you continued to place a total BS restraining order on my partner which contained a huge amount of both lies and SLANDER against my partner and MY business. This is why your order was thrown out without you even getting a chance to speak for yourself in court that day. I know being the owner of such a shabby business is embarrassing, but I will continue to stick up for myself to avoid you having ANY opportunity to screw more people over because you're incompetent. You might as well rename your business under a new DBA because I refuse to back down and let people like you negatively impact the lives of people of who don't deserve that. You should be lucky we didn't come for triple damages against you which we easily could have under NH statutes. Keep this up and you will be hearing from our lawyers once again and you're not gonna like what they have to say. Remember: there is 1 year left on the time limit I have to pursue a case against you. Tread lightly.
