They have all the staff necessary to: design and plan the remodel, get structural engineering plans, building permits, estimate costs, and then make the plan a reality. Any sub-contractors are fully supervised and corrected as necessary. For example, our countertop contractors were balking at how tight a radius some of the corners were planned to be, the owner of KRB got them to remove the countertops again and buy the right tooling to cut the planned corner radius. This level of attention to detail has be prevalent throughout our experiences with KRB.

Over the years, I had spoken to different contractors about restoring the original flooring in my home that showed a few generations of wear, aging, scratches, scuffs, etc. Each suggested I put vinyl over the wood. I never liked that idea. I recently had a serious leak in my kitchen that seriously damaged my floors to the extent of a large section being removed and other parts were swelling. I was referred Prestige by another resident who loved the results of their work. Shane got back to me instantly, stopped by right away and provided a quote the same night. The pricing was fair. Communication was high throughout the project. The team is highly skilled. They came when they said they would, took care with my home and belongings, were professional and friendly. All the work was by hand, so much hard work and detail went into the restoration. They minimized the time we had to be out of the house and worked hard to get it done in the promised timeframe. When I finally saw the product, I was instantly emotional, burst into tears, and they hugged me. I had never seen my floors so beautiful before! This was the first home improvement project I've had in a while that went perfectly. I wish I had more work for them to do, but I'll refer them forever.

We remodeled ten years ago and installed Soapstone countertops and after ten years of maintenance, we were tired of the look of the stone as it looked stained and worn. Steve Kelley seemed confident in be able to accomplish this job no problem in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Sounds perfect, right? Wrong. Team Kelly not ONLY did the worst tiling job I've ever seen and completely disregarded any standard practices when tiling. These tiles were crooked, not to mention they did NOT use a waterproof line before tiling, used NO Schluter trim, and they only did about 1/4 of our shower tiles and called it quits. Kelly assured me he'd make it right and refund me for the job which I didn't expect, but appreciated. Kelly NEVER came to see me at the agreed time for a refund... instead caused a whole spew of issues to make it so we were unable to contact him again. We had to pay for the job and wasted materials again, but the bathroom looks amazing now and has been done properly with our new company. Photos to compare Kelley's job with the new proper job. Do NOT hire these scam artists. Highly unprofessional! **Updated for review since Stephen Kelly has added a comment with dishonest information. Stephen: I know you go to wild lengths to avoid taking accountability for your actions, but lying on the name of other people is not needed. I am one of the residents in that home who dealt with you directly. You offered us a full refund to begin with and then continued to bail on us. After calling you approximately 6 times (remember, I had to present phone records at court for this one sir) you continued to place a total BS restraining order on my partner which contained a huge amount of both lies and SLANDER against my partner and MY business. This is why your order was thrown out without you even getting a chance to speak for yourself in court that day. I know being the owner of such a shabby business is embarrassing, but I will continue to stick up for myself to avoid you having ANY opportunity to screw more people over because you're incompetent. You might as well rename your business under a new DBA because I refuse to back down and let people like you negatively impact the lives of people of who don't deserve that. You should be lucky we didn't come for triple damages against you which we easily could have under NH statutes. Keep this up and you will be hearing from our lawyers once again and you're not gonna like what they have to say. Remember: there is 1 year left on the time limit I have to pursue a case against you. Tread lightly.
