He assured us it would be rectified, and yet it still hasn't, and it's been almost 4 years. The quality does not compare to what you see at the lot. The flooring was done with leftover sheets of plywood, and we have a door that was not hung correctly. So we have to hire someone to rectify that situation on a already expensive shed. And the driver didn't allow us to position the blocks accordingly before taking the shed off the flatbed. Take your business elsewhere, or hire someone whom cares about craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Went back in today to use up my Kohl's cash…read more I was in line and the associate in charge of queue told an associate who going to get in line, that she can go ahead of the queue because she's an employee. I stood there thinking, I never heard of such a thing. Especially when the queue was getting longer. The other cashier was busy and waiting for her customer to do her own price check. Another cashier came over to help. Debi, who's the cashier that convinced me to sign up. She's always nice. I did call the store to speak to the MOD. Placed on hold for five minutes that the phone was picked again by an associate named Rosie. She couldn't understand why no one picked up. I stayed on the line for a bit. Then hung up. I tried to do the survey but the website wasn't downloading. Just wanted to give Debi a good review. I ended virtual chatting with customer support. It was confirmed it's not Kohl's policy for an associate to go ahead of the queue. And I can say this associate was very comfortable saying it was policy. I will continue to go Kohl's. Hopefully it won't happen again.

The switch needed to be replaced at 3 years 2 months. The owner (his wife) would not work with us. They wanted to charge $139 to come to the house to confirm it was a switch issue. Then we'd pay for the switch and installation. Bottom line, the issue isn't resolved. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wouldn't even try to work anything out with us. This item was expensive to buy. Go to a reputable dealer and get everything in writing. I do believe in buying local but will NEVER return to this store and I will not recommend it.

There are so many cool, quirky, vintage items scattered throughout the store. And the space is so large and full of rooms that house cool items. It's definitely not a place that you could finish scouring in one hour... but definitely a place you probably have to come back to to find something new each time! I particularly liked being able to shop in peace. I didn't feel like workers were eye-ing me the entire time, and I was able to just enjoy looking through each of the items. I got a cool pair of airplane earrings for $1, while my friend bought a cute, electronic dancing boxing hamster for $4. There is definitely something within a reasonable price range for everybody.

The sink had to be ordered and was supposed to be delivered to our house. A week went by and we still hadn't heard so I called the store. They said they had it in the back ready for us to pickup, otherwise we would have to wait until Monday to have it delivered. We wanted to have the weekend to install it so we said that my husband would come and pick it up. He drove 40 minutes to the store only to find out that it had been put on the truck. When I called to ask about when it would be delivered and if they could do anything to help make up for the mishap, the guy on the phone didn't apologize. He offered the drivers name and number, but said they wouldn't do anything more than that. He was rude and tried to place part of the blame on us for the "miscommunication". What really bothers me is that he didn't even apologize. We will never go back or recommend this place.
