They caused all sorts of problems for us, and the sale of our home We hired them to pump and inspect our septic system. They sent a young man to our home. he couldn't be a day over 23. I asked him is there an inspector coming, he replied that he also was the inspector, He removed the one lid to the tank and pumped it. He then turned on the flash lite on his phone and told me everything looks good. he stated that the baffle is in place, He then told me to go inside and flush the toilet. then stated again. everything looks good I asked him, (are you going to inspect the secondary lid and camera the inlet to the distribution box) he told me it was not necessary everything look good. What about the leach field, its fine, everything looks good 3 days later we get a letter from the crook Dean Bah, (Chamberlian) stating there is a history of high-water marks on the tank, which indicates that there is a problem with the leach field. our realtor called and asked Dean to come out and recheck the work and if there is a problem please let us know what the problem is and what do we need to correct it. He refused to come out. but when the buyers got the report, and they contacted Chamberlian, he had no problem telling them it would be 15K to repair the leach field, so we had to call a second inspection. He opened both lids and the distribution box. OMG everything is working like it should. Dean Bah is a scammer, Don't ever use him, after talking to others we have learned this is not the first time, he has done this too others.

What we experienced: - Priority #1: Safe and clean worksite - Mike and Melissa treated the entire project as if it were their own - They considered our needs as if we were family - Detail-oriented but always kept in mind how other parts of the project would be affected - Offered multiple options for every aspect, so we could find the perfect balance of price and quality - Mike was always on-site, supervising the contractors (seriously, from dawn to dusk, I have no idea when this guy sleeps!) - A few of the sub-contractors we hired, before Mike came on the project, had tried to screw us over, intimidating and threatening us; Mike moved quickly and decisively, resolving things in our best interests - A solid network of high-quality contractors - Melissa's understanding of current design / decoration trends helped us find solutions that fit our taste - timeless! We loved working with Mike and Melissa so much that we also had them renovate our old house; literally just discussed the scope / goals, gave them the keys, and lived our lives while they worked their magic.
