THROWADISC.COM "Lost…read moremy order..." then when I called to leave my number for the boss man... they "lost my number." Then they run out of the product I ordered and make a compromise by shipping me half of what I ordered plus some dinky freebees. They refunded half of my PayPal order. (Now a month since my original online purchase...) When the order finally made it to my door... it was STILL wrong. When I called the owner just now... his response was "I don't know what you want me to do man." Costumer service is not this guy's cup of tea. If he were smart, he would have simply refunded my entire purchase (a whopping $15) apologized, and called it a lesson learned. Nope. Instead he wants negative feedback on Google, Yelp, and eBay. Good luck with that business strategy sir.

The enterence is the backside of the garage, in the backyard. Once you see the prices, you won't even care. For what I bought, his prices are the same as preshipping costs of the biggest online homebrew store. Getting it today and not paying shipping? Huge plus. He was extremely knowledgeable too. I've been brewing for over 10 years, and I learned about a years worth of knowledge in 20 minutes there. He was also VERY helpful. I wanted to try and clone a seasonal beer at Blind Tiger, and he texted the master brewer to find out what base extract to use! I was dead set on using a "wrong" extract, so the sale was going to happen. He truly cares about his customers and the hobby.
