I went in yesterday to buy this and wanted to return it today because the code on the back of the package does not register when you look it up online. All he could help me with was, if it wasn't registering then I should call PUFFBARS phone number... doesn't change the fact that he sold me an illegal puffbar. I gave him back his puffbar and he can also keep the $10. All this man did was talk over me raising his voice. BRO YOU DO NOT GET PAID ENOUGH TO PUT THAT MUCH ENERGY INTO YELLING AT ME! Went to this local smoke for a new wax pen before heading out for the night. They had a newer brand called Casper. After taking this new Pink wax thing home, charging it, and trying it out... it didn't work. I brought it back the next morning and the guy easily swapped it out for another. (All silver). I did the same thing with this one and it didn't work. Brought it back that same day and he ended up switching the battery for another new one (which was red). IT STILL DIDN'T WORK. When I went to bring it back I asked if he figured out why the first one I brought back didn't work, but I guess he didn't mess with it at all. He said snarily, he wouldn't be able to exchange it anymore, but I could come back when he restocked to pick up a new one for 50% off. Overall, I didn't go back because he didn't back the products he sold. It's a hassle to have a product that doesn't work and to have to keep coming back to replace it. He then asked my date of birth which I didn't hear, so said "what?" And instead of repeating himself he YELLED at me. So I told him by date of birth and took my card back. He looked at me and said "do we have a problem?!" *mind you I'm a 4'11 female* I replied "what? No!" And he just stared at me . Weirdest interaction I've ever had. What a jerk. read more

I went to this store with a groupon which I paid $20 for 40$ worth of cigars and accessories and I still feel like I have been ripped off. 1. The selection of cigars is mediocre at best. 2 The environment the cigars are kept is terrible, yes it was humid but it was so hot I was actually concerned about tobacco beetles. 2. Everything there was EXTREMELY over priced, like Im talking close to double what the prices should be. I have not one positive thing to say about my experience here buying cigars. Went there today to pick up a cigar for the 4th of July and that will be the last time I ever go there. For starters the selection is decent at best and the store room is awful! The room is hot and all the cigars are just out on display all mixed together so you can just forget it if you're trying to get a cigar that isn't tainted by the ones sitting next to them. One person on here said that they have the "best prices in Elk Grove". Hilarious. All the cigars are grossly overpriced. I bought a Havana Honey for $8.99. Anyone who knows cigars would know that these go for at most $6 in any respectable shop. Over the phone I asked if they sold clippers to which he responded "yes, we sell cigars..." both times I asked. Perhaps he just didn't understand what I was saying, though. Finally when I went to checkout I asked to get it snipped, like they said they could over the phone, when he did finally find the clippers he looked like he never snipped a cigar before in his life, which you wouldn't expect from a person who's store is called "Tobacco Man". Anyways, the cigar was snipped improperly, crooked, and the end was a bit smashed. Avoid this shop like the plague. If you want a quality cigar, go to a quality seller. read more

This place has the worst service ever and the workers there don't even tell you the right price. The tag on the products are cheaper than what they tell you. I have bought products that were defective that costed over the price that the tag on the product says. I couldn't even use the product when I got home. There phone number doesn't work when I tried to call and complain. I went there myself in person to try to resolve the problem and the worker didn't even want to help me. He kept saying it wasn't his problem. He sold me a product that was over used and I was thinking it was never used ever. He sold me a display instead of a new product which he probably knew was almost empty. This was the worst place to ever get your smoke products. All the flavored vapes they sell are ALL COUNTERFEIT. They don't check anybody's ID at all. I have seen minors come in a buy vapes & tobacco products on more than 1 occasion. I am sick of these people taking advantage of people and selling them used products. There workers unacceptable. They NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. I will report them every chance I get. My friend has told me multiple times they have bought products there that were used and counterfeit. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN. read more

Not Happy. There was a groupon for cigars at this place, attempting to portray this business as a legitimate cigar store. This place is a smoke shop with plenty of drug paraphernalia and minimal cigar selection. They had no quality cigars and I would not come here again except for maybe a lotto ticket. 1 star for cigars, but I would have given 5 stars if I was in need of a crack pipe. read more
