Great customer service, in & out lickety split. This will be my new store. There competition was just shut down, soooo theres that lol

Yo, Cigarette Circle--explain this mess, You dipped out early? I'm beyond stressed. Pulled up at 8:00 on the dot, not late, But the door was closed like it sealed my fate. Black gate locked like Fort Knox gold, What are y'all hiding? Secrets untold? Lights out like y'all fled the scene, Was there a ghost or a smoke machine?! It's a smoke shop, not Area 51, You ain't guarding secrets, you're selling fun! But here I stood, all vice, no thrill, Just me and my rage and this empty chill.I'm not askin' for hugs or afterschool care, Just some nicotine and a puff of air! You ain't preschool--stop this tease, I need my fix, not nap-time cheese! Who made these hours, a scared raccoon? Y'all shut down quicker than a B-movie cartoon. Are you vampires scared of the night? Do 8:01 customers give you fright?! You're not Whole Foods, or Auntie Anne's--You're the corner plug with shaky fans! We don't want smoothies, we want smokes-- Stop ghostin' us like some half-baked jokes! Cash in your hand but you ran away? To what? A blanket fort and a Disney play? You dipped out quick like a guilty thief- While I'm still out here, grinding my teeth. No sign, no warning, not even a shrug, Just me outside like a lonesome thug & another lady leaving another store nearby saying closed, huh! I get it--jobs are hard, life ain't sweet-- But why close up like the place got beat?! At least stay open till ten, be grown-- Not 8PM like your bedtime's known! Midnight hours? That'd be elite-- But y'all vanish like you pressed delete! So unless y'all training to be monks or mice, Fix those hours--take advice! Your shop's a joke when it pulls this stunt-- Call yourselves a business? More like a front. I'll say it loud with petty pride-- Cigarette Circle, you straight-up lied. Y'all closed the gates and crushed my soul--Now I'm chain-rhyming & it ain"t effing cool! read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went to buy some vapes. Instead of the woman behind the counter saying "check them" I walked out without thinking to do so, I've never had a problem before anywhere else. Walked out with two broke vapes and her having no resolve. Nothing against her what so ever as owners, pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. If you can put up some stupid sign you know, no customer is paying attention to, and telling your employees what to say in the event someone is sold one of their bunk products, tell your employees to have customers test products before someone leaves the store. Absolutely trash. I spent nearly $100 there and they can't do anything about selling garbage? Great job being snakes. After that experience I highly suggest everyone be cautious of the quality and authenticity of the products they're purchasing. read more

Super rude customer service, called to ask a question and immediately got shot down and hung up on.

Very fair people who run this location. Really appreciate them. Moved out here and away from my local spot, Very happy to be coming here now. read more

Cigarette Circle sold me a broken vape that leaked juice. When I tried to tell them it was broken and get a refund or at least get one that works, they told me they don't do refunds. All purchases are final. Wtf. They also told me that all of their products work perfectly out of the box so I was the one who broke it. This is the worst customer service ever. read more

Worst customer service ever. They sold me a defective vap that would not stop leaking oil. They basically told me all sales were final and to f**k off. I would give this place a zero star if i could. I never write reviews, but they did me wrong. read more

Cigarette Circle - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Elk Grove, California

See all

Attal and his brother opened up this shop earlier in the year (I think). They carry a good variety of cigarettes, cigars, and other things. In fact, they say they make most of their profit off of the snacks and sodas they sell. Weird. There's even a nice sized walk-in humidor on site. It's nice to know there's a neighborhood cigar shop just around the corner. They're also very knowledgeable about where they get their inventory. Considering that this is a small Mom & Pop type business, I give them full 5 stars. read more

Fraud, he took my $100.00 scratcher and kept it and gave me back another one saying it was already paid. Such fraud. Karma will get him

This place is super unwelcoming and one of the owners gave me the most attitude. I'm trying to buy a pair of earrings and he gave the the wrong pair along with the wrong color and when I asked to exchange them for the right size and the right color, he said "it's basically the same thing". Yeah dude okay, might as well tell me what I should eat and what I should wear while you're at it. So unprofessional. Never coming here again. read more

9/8/2015 Today Deanna Jaxine Stinson and I, stopped off at Cigarette Circle, friendly service. The cashier was very helpful and Deanna was able to get the smoking items that she needed. She spent $21.00 cash. After a stop here, we went to Wal-Marts and spent $19.20 cash, Safeway and spent $5.38 cash. The service was not as friendly and helpful at Safeway and Wal-Mart as it was at Cigarette Circle. read more
