If I could give them zero stars I would. I went to buy some vapes. Instead of the woman behind the counter saying "check them" I walked out without thinking to do so, I've never had a problem before anywhere else. Walked out with two broke vapes and her having no resolve. Nothing against her what so ever as owners, pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. If you can put up some stupid sign you know, no customer is paying attention to, and telling your employees what to say in the event someone is sold one of their bunk products, tell your employees to have customers test products before someone leaves the store. Absolutely trash. I spent nearly $100 there and they can't do anything about selling garbage? Great job being snakes. After that experience I highly suggest everyone be cautious of the quality and authenticity of the products they're purchasing. read more

Cigarette Circle sold me a broken vape that leaked juice. When I tried to tell them it was broken and get a refund or at least get one that works, they told me they don't do refunds. All purchases are final. Wtf. They also told me that all of their products work perfectly out of the box so I was the one who broke it. This is the worst customer service ever. read more

Attal and his brother opened up this shop earlier in the year (I think). They carry a good variety of cigarettes, cigars, and other things. In fact, they say they make most of their profit off of the snacks and sodas they sell. Weird. There's even a nice sized walk-in humidor on site. It's nice to know there's a neighborhood cigar shop just around the corner. They're also very knowledgeable about where they get their inventory. Considering that this is a small Mom & Pop type business, I give them full 5 stars. read more

This place is super unwelcoming and one of the owners gave me the most attitude. I'm trying to buy a pair of earrings and he gave the the wrong pair along with the wrong color and when I asked to exchange them for the right size and the right color, he said "it's basically the same thing". Yeah dude okay, might as well tell me what I should eat and what I should wear while you're at it. So unprofessional. Never coming here again. read more

This was a few years ago when I had purchased a bag for my bong and a bag for it.The zipper broke literally 2 days later. They would not exchange. Thats the day they lost me as a customer. Everything is expensive as hell inside this place. This was my go to place for anything tobacco related.The guy did not even empathize at all, I want to honestly say he was the owner.. oh well .. I thought they were my friends but I bought a vape pen from them it stop working after a week and it wouldn't charge. I knew it was a defective item. I came back to the store and said hey can I exchange it, the owner said sorry I can't help you out. I told him it was defective and everything. Now I'm out 80 dollars. By the way I found out you can buy the same thing for 20 dollars online. They over charged me and sold me a defective item. 9/8/2015 Today Deanna Jaxine Stinson and I, stopped off at Cigarette Circle, friendly service. The cashier was very helpful and Deanna was able to get the smoking items that she needed. She spent $21.00 cash. After a stop here, we went to Wal-Marts and spent $19.20 cash, Safeway and spent $5.38 cash. The service was not as friendly and helpful at Safeway and Wal-Mart as it was at Cigarette Circle. read more

This is an excellent place to go for premium hand rolled imported cigars. They have a large walk in humidor. The selection and variety is very good. I come here to get my JM's Dominican cigars. They are always fresh, in stock and the price is right. Awesome tobacconist. read more
