We were looking for a certain beer. We found it at one location, I wanted to make sure we liked…read moreit. So we went back to that location and we didn't see it. So we went to this location and Alex went in trying to find this beer for us. We were looking behind other beers, she put an APB out on their earpieces. A gentleman came for a minute to look. He couldn't find it. Alex got the ladder, and was all on the top shelf looking for this beer. She did another APB on the ear piece, then Adriane came. She came with the driving thing. And was pulling cases out, and looking in open boxes! I have never seen any employees go this far looking for beer most would have just said we don't have it! But she was opening boxes that were open Finally we gave up, we had to get on the road. By the time we reach the end of the isle and rounded the corner, we heard her yell out I found it! lol So we went back and got our case of beer! We were happy and I'm sure Adriane was happy.

She seemed much more focused on flirting and chatting with one particular customer than actually serving the rest of the bar. It's frustrating when you're ready to order and willing to spend money, but can't get basic service or even a quick "I'll be right with you." I understand bars can get busy, but ignoring other guests while giving all your attention to one person is unprofessional. Hopefully management addresses this because the service we received definitely didn't match the atmosphere the place tries to promote.
