They taught us how to make how selections visually appealing and guided us to the right flowers depending on where our pot will reside. My pot will be in my front porch which is shaded and also has some sun. I was able to pick out both shade and sun flowers. The flowers here were so bright and healthy. I was so happy seeing all these beautiful colors and really wanted a job here. It must be heaven to work with the most beautiful flowers every day! I picked out 2 different flowers of different sizes. One grew taller and the other was short. I also picked out the most vibrant pink Colleus plant. I have never seen one so rich pink. This will be my filler. I also got another plant with cool hardy leaves that will also have flowers if they get sunshine for my drooping over the side of my pot plant. I was very happy with my selection and the ladies who worked there were super helpful! My pot came out $10 more than the pre made one but I was able to choose my own selection. This was such a fun event. They also had cookies, meat,cheese and wine inside the main house. I bought a spicy jar of salsa to go.

We have paid Mr. Cross $8,867.25. Since entering this contract, JC Stone Landscaping has had subpar performance that has led to numerous problems: 1. Poor Quality of Work: They partially installed a French drain system incorrectly. The pipes were barely buried, leaving fabric exposed, and part of the drain was above ground. During a storm, water did not drain properly, causing flooding on our property and water entering the house. The flower beds were uneven, with one side 6+ inches higher than the other. Landscaping fabric was visible due to a thin layer of mulch spread. No plants were ever planted. When we expressed concerns, they came by and dug up my property and never returned. My yard was left in a dangerous state of disrepair. 2. Lack of Responsiveness: When we contacted Joshua Cross about the issues, he dismissed our concerns, defended his workers' mistakes, blamed our property, and became defensive. He always had countless of excuses on not showing up and after many missed appointments over the course of six months, he began ignoring our requests for updates completely. 3. Suspicious Business Practices: After researching Joshua Cross and his business, I found multiple complaints online, including accusations of fraud and poor service. His website claims 20 years of experience and satisfaction guarantees, but his Google reviews include multiple reports of customers who paid him and then were ignored. I also found MANY lawsuits (civil and small claims) in MULTIPLE counties for similar issues--customers paying upfront and him not completing the work. I have found others through Facebook who have also been scammed by him and forwarded them to my attorney. I've had to fix and do the jobs I paid him thousands to handle. Money that could have been spent on completing my house or hiring someone else. The physical, mental, and financial anguish this business has caused is unacceptable, and I hope this review can help prevent others in the future to experience what myself and countless others thus far have experienced from this business.

In our case, I would say the most likely reason was, we didn't meet the average local demographic. What other the reason would a company give you a quote, then abandon you when it came time to schedule the work and collect payment. I strongly recommend finding a company that values' sales no matter what the demographic and that is not biased.
