Insurance company totaled it but it was a 2015 Outback car with low miles. Callie at Custom Color told my wife if she didn't need it to be 100% perfect she could fix it for a "family" rate. We got the car back in October. We were charged full rate and I was accused of calling her a liar when I asked about the original verbal promise. The entire front right suspension and drive assembly was replaced. Flash forward to January 2025. The car was making loud cracking sounds in the front right. I asked Callie and she said they got the parts from Cook Subaru and I could call them to deal with it. Gee thanks for the help in solving the issue. Cook had no record of selling them a part. I got the car fixed at a local shop for $2500. These people are hugely untruthful and unprofessional. Passive aggressive attitude. Avoid at all costs. I wish I could assign negative star ratings.
