Blake worked on my bow (limb replacement and "tune"). He (Blake) charged me for the warranty repair work, and after his "tune" my bow couldn't group two arrows in the same county. I will NOT be going back to Triple X Archery. I found a bow shop in Puyallup, WA (May's Archery) that does amazing work and the owner is honest and engaging.

I appreciate that as a beginner archer I don't feel like any of my questions are too stupid and as woman I never feel uncomfortable in this business or that I am being treated differently in any way. Cory has spent a lot of one on one time with me and my husband getting our bows in order, a service that in my opinion is priceless. You cannot find this type of service anywhere else. There's also a techno shoot here and although there usually aren't discounts on products, he charges almost nothing for the services he offers. This place is pure gold. Sportsmans had my bow falling apart and repeatedly recommended shotty parts. Cory won't try to up-sell you on stuff that isn't necessary just to make a few extra bucks. He really values his customers and it shows. His employee Cody is also incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and honest. You can't go wrong here.

I've been recently shooting at Evergreen Sportsman's Club and have joined their membership. I've…read moreshot at the Rifle/handgun range on 5 different occasions. The fee is very reasonable $10 for a shoot for members. I have spent over 2 hours on each shoot. Memberships was $50 and I was given 3 free shoots with that! Non members are charged $20 per shoot so by joining, I'm already ahead on the cost to shoot there. The range managers are extremely professional and control the range with safety as main priority. I will try the Trap Shooting in the near future, but mostly enjoy having a save covered place with good benches and up to a 100 yards range to shoot my rifles along with my handguns. I do not like leaving bad reviews to start off, but in this circumstance I was completely baffled,…read moreI recently bought a new rifle and scope combination and I called G4 and asked if they could mount the scope on my rifle for me and boresight it, Jeff said sure he could do that for me, but was backed up just a couple days due to the show they just completed but would be back to work on the 10th with 2 guns ahead of me. This is like a 20 minute process anytime I've had this done just for reference, so several days go by and I call on Thursday to see how it's coming and I was told he hasn't gotten to it, but should be no problem by Friday or Saturday. Still no word so I'm patient, the following week gets started, still no word by Wednesday, so I call again and talk with Jeff, I ask him how it's coming, I was told again he hasn't gotten to it and that paying customers in the store take priority. Whoa wait a minute, I'm not a paying customer, I'm purchasing all hardware, plus additional gear to complete my work on this 20 minute job !!!!!! I stopped by G4 on Friday and was told oh yeah I should be able to get to it today, oh yeah it will be done today. I told him I've waited 10 days with plenty of excuses, I want my rifle and scope and I left the store. Too me I believe I had plenty of patience, but this experience has really soured my tongue for ever wanting to expect service from this facility. Sorry but this really is not good business practices!!!!!!!!!

Long story short, this old man stroked my arm, puckered his lips, and full on planted a kiss on my bruise that I had received from the bow. I was flabbergasted. Ted also laced his fingers with my friend mid high five. We also witnessed him guiding a lady with a hand on her lower back. These were not necessary actions needed for instructional support.
