She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about so many different skin types, hair styles, and makeup styles. She's skilled at Indian style makeup and hair, including South Indian hair styles. She's also someone who will work with you to bring any hair/makeup inspiration to life. We were particularly impressed with her creativity and flexibility in incorporating jewelry/accessories into the hairstyle. For example, on the day of the wedding, we wants to add on a large hair accessory into my hairstyle. Timsi was the real star of my wedding! (and Sangeeth)! I don't know how to thank her for her incredible work. I've never worn much makeup at all and I rarely do anything with my hair. My first bridal makeup trial (somewhere else) left me looking like a stranger and feeling uncomfortable. Enter Timsi, who helped me articulate my makeup wishes (it turns out I do have some) and then executed them perfectly! I received more compliments than I can count at both events. She made me look like the best version of myself-very elegant and yet totally natural and like myself! The miracles weren't temporary either: my makeup held up perfectly until the end of both events, despite some very sweaty dancing at the Sangeeth and some serious sunny/windy conditions at the outdoor wedding. I came across Timsi's website back in April when I was looking for a makeup artist for my low key, low budget wedding. I love doing my own makeup and was skeptical if I should even hire someone to do it for my wedding day. But after going back and forth a few times with her on the phone, I finally told her I wanted to hire her. I am very upset about Timsi's professionalism and work ethics. I contacted her 2 weeks ago for makeup and hair styling. Firstly, I didn't get a reply to my message for a week. Then I contacted her on phone requesting for an appointment when she got back to me with lame excuses like, 'her phone broke' and 'she is traveling' etc. After hanging me around for one more week, she finally turned me down by booking some other client.
